He was joking with me about buying me old cat this, and she probably won't use it. It didn't take him any time to assemble the fountain, plunging it in, and away it went. He did say the fountain pump had a speed regulator that he didn't notice at first, so you may want to double check that. Well, as soon as my son placed the fountain on the floor and plugged it in, my little old cat walked over, had a sniff at the fountain, and started drinking. THANK YOU.

I noticed my kitten licking water in the shower so I thought I would get him a drinking fountain to try. He absolutely loves it, I don't think I've seen him drink from his water bowl since it arrived. It does get a little noisy when the water level is running low, but when it's full it sounds no different to a fish tank filter. One day I'd like to upgrade to the full-sized Catit fountain, I'm very happy with the Catit Mini.

I thought this was faulty at first. Then realised that both my puppy and cat are drinking from this fountain! It makes a loud noise when you need to refill it. It's a great height for pets to drink from. They like to drink directly from the stream of water at the flower petal. Really happy with this purchase!

I completely trust this brand and have the large flower fountain but it is becoming difficult for me to manage with my arthritis - I needed something smaller and this mini is just the thing. Quick easy to set up including the filter and the smaller size means less wasted water when cleaning the unit twice a week (very fussy 17yo Si-Abby). My cat really is very fussy so I was a bit worried he'd think himself hard done by missing the larger unit but he went straight to the mini once I had it set up. Love the brand, love the new mini fountain.

Not just for the furries. Bought this with the idea that my budgies have a constant source of water to play and bathe in over the hot Aussie summer. With a quick cheap addition of a small piece of hose they are free to frolic with ease under the streams and I get my zen feeling in my loungeroom that I have been looking for. I am grateful for the filter replacments but feel this machine could benefit even for the furries with the piece of hose from bunnings included in the original packaging
It’s good for the price but there’s a few issues that need to be pointed out. It’s definitely noisy. My cat doesn’t mind because he’s obsessed with fountains but it’s definitely annoying to me lol. Besides that it works pretty well and is easy to clean. One strong suggestion if you get this I’d be sure to fully clean it out at least every other day. Luckily I haven’t had mold but it’s summer right now and I found some mosquito larvae in it after only 3 days. Since it can be filled so high and it’s running water I thought 3 or 4 days would be fine but I won’t be making that mistake again
This is such a perfect little fountain! We have a small apartment with one cat and not a lot of room, but this slots perfectly in a little nook and is a great height for my cat to drink from. Only gets noisy when the water level is low which is a great reminder anyway to refill!Should clean every 1-2 weeks to maintain best quality.
This fountain is fine, functions well and my cat liked it but it's so LOUD compared to other fountains I've had. The pump makes a constant vibrating motor sound that is worsened when the water level is reduced even a little bit. Unfortunately had to stop using as the noise was too annoying in my apartment.
I bought this water fountain to encourage two fickle twelve week old kittens to drink water as they were totally uninterested in the static water bowl we offered them previously. It took them a few days to finally use the fountain (I think they were cautious of the humming pump) but they happily drink from it now. One of them likes to bat at the water streaming from the flower. Personally, I don't think the noise from the pump is as unbearable as other reviewers have said, but it certainly isn't silent, so I would recommend avoiding this fountain if you're unable to tune out monotonous noises. I believe the fountain is entirely satisfactory for its price.
