I ordered this for years. At first I purchased for my flu use. I found it really works when I felt there is something weird about flu. I took it with Vit C for couple of days then those flu feelings gone. But you have to take it at the very beginning that works better.Then I tried it to my cat whose having flu from its very little. I found that it helps a bit to control in a better level . At least can see my boy is more active n less discharge than before. I give him this about 4 years and there is no side effect. I’ll keep giving it with Lysine together until if there is substitutes.If you find my review useful. Kindly give me a like as support. incredible natural ingredient that I highly recommend. propolis contains all the essential to life ingredients that the human body needs to thrive. it's a miracle product made by the world's most wonderful creatures, bees. Where would be be without them? it's great for immunity and a marvelous anti-inflammatory and has some antiviral potential too. it's also been shown to be effective for those who suffer from cold sores, since taking this and B12 and B-Complex I have less than one outbreak on my lip a year. I went for frequently, due to stress etc, to basically nothing an all I did was add this, B12 and B complex.

Really good value and easy to swallow. Has a strong (not overly pleasant) taste. Could not find where this product was sourced from though, so would prefer to purchase a propolis product where I know the source is from. They seem to be great value (which makes me want to know where the product is sourced from even more). I have been happy with other products from this brand though
It has excellent quality, and size. Ingredients are natural. Therefore, I couldn't see any side effects. The serotonin helps me sleep well. I have good moods always and not stressful. It has no any taste. I has benefits on me. The package was good. It doesn't make me craving food.
propolis the king of anti-microbial herbs. the bees use it to keep their hives steril. that says it all. anti bacterial, fungal, parasitical, viral. and has other properties too, not just antimicrobial. don't get a strong extract. not needed. 2x is all you need
