My 3 year old son really, really wanted to be Buzz Lightyear for Halloween this year so in hunting for something that would fit his large frame for his age I bought this. My son is very tall for his age and is usally mistaken for being 2-3 years older, so I was praying that the boys small would fit him well enough that he wouldn't be drowning in it with his other clothes on trick or treating in WI since we knew a toddlers 4-5T would be too small. I purchased this online for my grandson who is 4 and a Buzz Lightyear enthusiast. He absolutely loves this costume. It really is better on them than what you would imagine. I also purchased the blow up wings for this costume separately. The first day he had it he put it on after preschool and we went to a drive thru to get some food. He sat in the backseat practically taking it up with his wings. The drive thru attendants could see him thru the window and were amazed at the details in this costume as it is not something I could find in store. He was so happy that they called him Buzz Lightyear that he tries to wear this every day. I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it for a kid who loves Buzz LY.

This costume was great. My grandson absolutely loved it. Everywhere we went everyone recognized him, kids and adults alike. It is also really durable. After a night of trick-or-treating I washed it on the delicate cycle, put it back in its package and I'll pass it along to another child next year.

I really liked this costume! Given the affordable price I was expecting less, so i was pleasantly surprised by the nice fit and good quality. It does run small as other reviewers have noted - my son is average sided 6 year old and the size 7-8 was just right. And it looked super cute too.
Although it is somewhat thin, this costume fits true to size for my son. He is 3 but wears a 3T or 4T in most clothes and it fits him perfectly. Hopefully the weather is permissible this Halloween because I'm not sure clothes will fit under this for extra warmth if needed.
My 4 yr. old wanted to be Buzz Lightyear for Halloween. I only found it online but it was worth it big time. PLUS CHEP!! Really loved this costume, it fit GREAT on him & he enjoyed it VERY much. He looked so adorable & besides my other lil one being Elmo, Buzz Lughtyear got many many great comments about it. I totally recommened it to everyone. very confortable & cheap too. although I did have to purchase the wing thingy & gloves from elsewhere cuz I could not find it here. My son loved his costume, the material was pretty thin though. We just made sure to wear warmer clothes underneath the costume and we were fine. Very cute costume! Wish the inflatable wings came with the costume, but we did purchase them to go with it.
My son wears a size 6 in clothes. I bought a Medium (8) after reading another review about it running small, and I'm glad I did. It fits my son great except for the hood. It was so tight to get on my son, that we will have to cut the back of the hood and under the neck to fight comfortably. It was literally choking my son when he put it on and he has a regular size head. It's ok for the price. Just seems like everything is getting more expensive and quality is getting worse.
