Excellent, brio is great for grandchildren. This train was very gratefully received by my youngest grandson.

Little fella loves it. Importantly it seems to be handling the toddler abuse really well (grabbing the train and stopping the wheels while the motor is still trying to turn them).

Out of all the trains my children have, this one for some reason is the most played with! Great quality and has lasted lots of play sessions and still looks brand new.

Seems robust, sound-effects (chuffing, gong etc) suit youngsters, quite powerful, able to pull a long train though single driving-wheel loses traction on ramps.
It is keeping my Grandson completely absorbed in his new train set.
This train is great, love how it can go forwards and backwards, has a light and makes sounds to keep the kids entertained for hours. It turns itself off after 5 minutes of non-use to save battery power but if the batteries do run out you can free the wheels so the kids can still play with it by pushing it along. To get the batteries in and out you'll need a screwdriver that'll fit down the train's funnel. My eldest son wishes it had a face - yes he is a big Thomas fan!
Great additions to our train set. Arrived promptly. Thanks!
Little fella loves the moving train. Most importantly the train is holding up to a kid stopping it while in motion all the time!
Nice little battery operated train, good weight and feel and pulls carriages well, something so exciting about a train driving itself round the wooden track especially around the Christmas tree. The only thing I would say, remember to turn it off as it uses a lot of battery power and if it gets left on, after youve finished playing, the batteries go really quickly. But all round- very pleased.
Nice locomotive. There are some buttons and functions like lights and sound which makes it more fun to play with. The electric motor seems to be quite strong.
