I recently replaced my semi new DeLonghi dinamica plus as the coffee grind size was limited and the milk was never hot or frothy enough. I was reluctant to buy a Breville being a bit more manual and not as automatic as DeLonghi but so glad I did. I spent an hour first time customising and resting some drinks out and now have perfect settings. The milk feature gives you hot and frothy milk and you can change settings for non dairy milk. So easy to clean and highly recommend this machine.

The features of this machine is just so easy and it makes the perfect cup of coffee. From putting the beans in the hopper to grinding the beans to pressing the button and the aroma of fresh coffee in the morning is amazing and then you pour your milk in a jug and it warms it to the perfect temperature to whatever cup of coffee you have selected and bam you have you perfect cup of coffee as easy as that! It might be a bit of an expensive machine but I will not be buying any more coffee when I am out anymore and the same for my my husband and we have glass takeaway cups and we take a cup with us so the machine will pay for itself at some point. It was the best decision we made and I would recommend it to anyone. Well done Breville on an amazing machine.

This machine is amazing if youβre time poor in the morning! The machine does nearly everything for you, ensuring your morning coffee is always consistent. We were unsure about the tamping function at first but itβs honestly so good. Very happy with our purchase.
All set up programmed a latte for myself & a cappuccino for my husband
I have had the previous model of the Barista touch but the new model with the tamper in built keeps the coffee making much more tidy and consistent. I have had the machine for over a month and I love using it every morning. Great when you have guests over and I can offer them a beautiful latte as well as a long black to "Impress" them. Best home coffee machine currently on the market to fit a family or to share with flatmates. Sits in one corner of the bench and the knock box will take a bit more space if you get one.
Smooth and automatic coffee machine that produces consistent great tasting coffee. I bought the barista express machine 4 years ago in the office and with 20 coffees a day being made it still works great. So we naturally decided to upgrade and buy the touch impress at home. Itβs been impressive. Making a coffee is smooth, the machine runs well, and the coffee is consistent every time. The automatic milk temp and frothing takes away a small handle, and the 10kg press reduces mess. All up I highly recommend it
Weβve had coffee machines for years, but I never really mastered the art of a good coffee. This machine has made all the difference. Plus I love how much cleaner it is with the inbuilt tamper.
This is the first coffee machine my husband and I have purchased. We wanted something very user friendly, good quality, aesthetically pleasing and with a touch screen to display and save our favourite family drinks. This machine does all that for us, we are very happy with the built-in grinder & tamper, automatic milk frothing, touch screen adjustable heat & espresso shot sizes - everything is seamless. The kids make hot chocolates and babychinos for our toddler. We buy fresh beans from our local coffee shop & its perfect coffee every time.
The Barista Touch Impress did not produce hot enough water even for tea making. We returned it to Harvey Norman who sent it to Breville in Wellington. We were advised that it had been damaged (in transit) and to be given a replacement. We decided to go to the Oracle (the next level up)
