The GET 75-150 is a truly multi-purpose, random orbit, turbo sander offering outstanding control. With a single click, you can change from fine sanding to coarse sanding or polishing. Couple this with the 6-stage speed pre-selection and the result is a machine that can perform a wide variety of tasks perfectly on a wide variety of surfaces. As with any high performance sander, dust extraction is of the utmost importance. Protecting the user and the environment, as well as extending the life of the abrasive, there is an anti-static tube for direct connection to an extractor. Didn't want to pay Festool rotex 150 prices but wanted a high stock removal sander. The Bosch is a beast of a tool, feels well built and being able to switch sanding actions and speeds makes it an all in one tool for me. Really pleased I went for this from Howe Tools.

Didn't want to pay Festool rotex 150 prices but wanted a high stock removal sander. The Bosch is a beast of a tool, feels well built and being able to switch sanding actions and speeds makes it an all in one tool for me. Really pleased I went for this from Howe Tools.

Great quality product as usual from Bosch, it's powerful but easy to use and I have found the long handle to be preferable to the non-long handled types. Fitted with the sanding mesh sheets the dust collection is superb (relies on having good extraction obviously) It made short work of oak worktop renovations with a high rate of removal (especially on turbo) and working up through the grades resulted in an excellent finished surface. My go-to sander for larger jobs.
Having used the Makita and Festool equivalents, I can say that the tool does not feel as durable as the Makita but has far less vibration and better balanced. Whilst it as not as good as the Festool I would not say its worth the extra £300 odd for the Festool unless it is a tool you use every day. I work with green oak so I cant imagine theres much tougher a test for a tool of this type. I have only owned it a few months so yet to see how well it lasts. If the Festool didn't exist it would get 5 stars.
When choosing this sander the only competition was Festool which (obviously) scored highly but costs roughly twice as much; on most comparators they were equal but the Festool scored particularly highly on dust extraction.I plumped for the Bosch because most of my tools are Bosch Pro and the price. This sander is excellent and the dust extraction awesome - literally there is almost no dust anywhere other than the dust bin.I know £300+ is still expensive however if you're looking for one of the best sanders on the market this fits the bill; I could not recommend it more highly.
Following MANY reviews of rotary/das sanders, there are only a couple of serious contenders. Alternatives being either overpriced, or just not there in terms of performance - I went with the Bosch and I'm certainly not disappointed. It's an awesome sander, amazing balance, even better dust collection. Very solid feel.

Fantastic result.The palm grip feels very comfy. I'm a DIYer, not a trades person but was looking for a quality sander nonetheless and this hits the mark. Granted, it is expensive for what it is but it does do a splendid job. I would advise taping your hoover to the exhaust pipe as this makes an otherwise very messy job extremely tidy. Definitely recommend this product
Think this will be a good investment over time. Very expensive so hope it lasts a long time. It does do. A good job at finishing on fine grit. Not used it for rapid removal yet.
