Love this product, it comes with three different attachments and I use them all especially the smaller one which is great for edging. It is light weight and easy to use also easy to change the different blades…I recommend this…

All's Well In The Garden Again

I brought this Cordless Shear after much consideration. Truly it is the best dollars I have ever spent on equipment for the great outdoors, or should I say my small pocket handkerchief garden, I had been having major problems using the gear I had to trim shrubs and deal to the edges of my lawn my hands and arms were complaining badly and it was making the joy of the garden no joy at all, However those days are gone, the Cordless Shrub Shear does the job with all the aplomb of an expert and I just go along for the ride. The happy days outdoors are back thanks to Bosch!

Loved it at first but it is limited. Good for new growth but does not cut through the woody bits.

Could be Improved!

Had this Bosch shear for about a year.Only used the grass shear blade, haven't used the hedge trimmer blades.Although the grass shear does cut the grass, weeds etc reasonably well, it appears the tools is slightly under powered . So it takes a while to carry out grass/weed cutting tasks.There is no indication of remaining battery power. So the tool could stop suddenly without warning due to depleted battery power. This is inconvenient.And the batteries cannot be replaced unless the tool is opened up and stripped down. However, this tool might use some sort of proprietary batteries in which case it might not be possible to replace the batteries!? Not good!I use other brand similar shear tools which use easily replaceable battery packs with battery charge indicators. Also the other brand tools seem to be more powerful and do a quicker job of cutting grass and weeds etc. Consequently I don't use this Bosch shear anymore.

I have just puchased my second Bosch cordless .

Excellent shear , love it because it is light . I use it to trim my buxus hedges and figus creeper which covers walls. My first shear still works OK but had to buy the second recently because the power charger broke down and replacement not available.The only downside is because you have to press forward the power switch on the deviceat the same time pressing the cutting action ( separate fingers same hand)

Lightweight and so easy to use

Have been using this almost every day for a week since we bought it. The shear for shaping is so good at doing the job and much quicker than hand clippers. Have also used the larger shear on a wall of ivy with good results. The shear is easy to use. Good battery life. My husband said we should have bought it years ago!

Practical trimmer

It is everything that I wanted for a small garden trimmer. It would work in a big garden as well. Very useful for areas of regenerative gardening practice;

Simple, easy to use

Absolutely brilliant, nice and lightweight, so easy to use.Trims my hedge in super quick time. Has never jammed. Easy to clean.Charges quickly and holds charge well. I had a larger one with a longer blade but found it cumbersome and never got the hedge straight but the Bosch has solved that.So glad I made the change.

The best feature is that it's light to hold.

I bought this product to enable me to better keep on top of gardening jobs. Am finding that manually trimming, weeding etc are too hard for me these days. Not sure if this product was the right choice though. The blades are a bit tricky to change and the written instructions are rather vague. I also find it quite low-powered and doesn't tackle most jobseasily.

practical and easy to handle

It was hard trying to find a Mitre 10 with it stocked , but the hassle was worth the effortA compact and light machine that cuts well , especially when using the right blade for the job ( choice of 3 ) ; recharges quickly and running time is goodA great purchase
