Bonds 5 Pack Hipster Briefs

I have been purchasing Bonds briefs packs from Target in the past and have been happy with them however the recent pack purchased, although they are the same size (M), they are smaller and waist band is stiffer and less comfortable. I notice that they are now made in Vietnam and not China as was before
