Bodum Pilatus Double Wall Glass 350ml Set of 2

I much prefer the Pilatus shape over the more common Pavina shape because the rippled side wall feels more secure in the hand, less likely to slip out. Love the thermal performance - keeps hot beverages at temp much longer than stoneware. Surprisingly robust for thin wall glass but care is still needed.

These are my favourite coffee cups. Sturdy and reliable for a hot coffee in the morning, and your coffee stays hot when you get distracted. They last too, I am only replacing two are buying 4 of them 5+ years ago. I use them daily so was always going to break one here and there.

We bought a new coffee maker, a Vertuo, and needed glasses which handled the coffee produced. These struck us as being very good and they are. Comfortable to hold and not straight sided so do not slip from one’s grasp. Love ‘em and about to order more.

Bodium Pilatus Glass Cups

Just received my order and I’m so happy I purchased these glass cups. Love the curvy design! Coffee stayed nice and hot for longer in these glasses! So glad I purchased 6 of these! Well worth it!

Good product at a good price

I use it/them for coffee in the morning and my evening highball. Very comfortable and keeps heat or cold away well. The shape is such that they are easier to hold than are the straight sided ones. I dropped one on a tiled floor and it shattered so be careful. These are replacements so now I have 3.

I like to watch!

It is fun watching the espresso then the milk settling in the glass. Clever design makes the coffee look like it is hovering just above the table/bench. Perfect size and comfortable to hold with an ingenious vent in the base. Coffee stays hot right to the last mouthful.

Ideal

I've written a review for the 12 oz cup but those are smooth whereas these have a contoured exterior. That's a great design for holding this cup. Not necessary for the larger cup, but for these, the cup is just small enough that you want this added feature, in case your hands are wet, or you're just a little clumsy.As for the cup itself. It's attractive, durable (had them for 8 months now) dishwasher safe and microwaveable. If you like your coffee to sty hot, and you prefer drinking from glass rather than metal, plastic, whatever, you can't go wrong with these.

Perfect coffee glasses

Love these glasses. Perfect size for a morning coffee. Love the wavy shape, makes holding the cup feel good. Double wall insulation works well. Goes fine in the dishwasher.

Pilatus are great

I love these glasses for coffee and have bought them before. 250 mls is a good size for good expresso coffee with or without milk I think. I like to drink coffee slowly as I do stuff so it keeps it pretty warm and feels good to hold as these Pilatus glasses are shaped for easy holding. If you knock them you can get water getting in from the dishwasher and then its game over. But I think they are worth it.
