It’s still early days of starting the lutein tablets I have macular degeneration & I was already taking macular plus but found the dosage quite low in them. I found the higher dosage in the lutein tablets. So decided to try. I saw my specialist this week. He said it was a great idea to take lutein as well. My eyes are no worse 9 months later
