I wore Birkenstock Arizona sandals years ago until they were worn out! Kind of forgot about them until recently. I just bought a new pair and remembered why I loved them so much! They are so comfortable and supportive while still looking cute! Love them so much that I just purchased a second pair the other day. They do seem a little pricey, but are well worth it! Highly recommend!

After reading a bunch of bad reviews left recently, I was pretty wary of placing my order for a pair of Birkenstock Arizonas. Sounds like lots of folks got the wrong size, narrow size, or had other problems. But I figured I could get a refund if I was sent the wrong item, or dispute the payment with my credit company if the deal went south.I’m happy to report that I got exactly what I ordered, which is exactly what my invoice said I would get: authentic men’s Birkenstock Arizona sandals, size 43 in regular / wide. Perfect fit - I found my size in a store that only carries the soft footbed, so I knew what to order.Sorry to hear a bunch of folks had problems, but everything worked out great for me. Saved a decent bit of cash too!

I'm hoping this review saves someone else the hassle of returning because the sizing is a bit misleading on Nordstrom's website. Birkenstock has two sizes: their 'Regular/Wide' size and their 'Medium/Narrow' size. These are the narrows. If you're used to the roomy fit of the Regular Birkenstock, these will feel too small/tight. Since Nordstrom doesn't offer the Regular fit, I am returning and buying elsewhere. I will keep purchasing from Nordstrom because customer service is top-notch, just wanted to provide some clarity for anyone else considering purchasing these!

This sandal is more expensive than other similar brands, but SO worth it! The arch support and fit are excellent and the firm sole is just what my feet need. With leather uppers and foot bed that can be wiped clean I hope these "Birks" will last a long time. (I saw a pair of 'Birks" in a shoe repair shop today ((don't know what they needed)) but I haven't seen the style on any website, so they are probably very old.) The fact that the repair shop could work on them is outstanding since most of the newer cheaper sandals can NOT be repaired... just thrown away!
I have several pairs of Birkenstock’s of varying styles, and these in white and the candy pink are my favourite. The narrow fit, are imo, far better for a woman’s foot. My Candy pinks of same style are the average fit and are too wide really, which is noticeable when I put these on. SB ordering and super fast delivery was great as always and are my go to when wanting anything sports related.
The strap finish on this item is not Birkibuc, as stated in the description here. It's Birki-Flor, which is a very different look. I wanted specifically the Birkibuc so I had to cancel this order.The width on this item is "Narrow". It will probably fit most women, but may be a bit narrow if you normally need a "wide" width, which was the case with me.
I purchased the sandal in silver and is cute and comfortable, however it frequently "squeaks" when I walk or even when I pivot. (It almost sounds as if you are passing gas.) For that reason, I wouldn't wear it out of the house. I own this same style with the soft footbed and have never had the squeaking issue. Not sure if it the footbed that makes the noise difference or the way this particular shoe fits my foot, but because of the noiseI would not recommend.It also seems that this shoe runs a bit smaller than the other pair of Arizona Birks that I own. Not a lot smaller, but if you are between sizes, I'd suggest trying the larger size.
i love birkenstocks but i will never buy them from DSW again. the description on the dsw website says "The shoe’s fit is medium width but listed by Birkenstock as Narrow Fit or Regular Fit on the item box." This is not really accurate. Birkenstocks come in 2 widths: narrow/medium and regular/wide. When you order them from DSW you do not get a choice, it's just a random pick between the two. Narrow/medium is too narrow for me so i need to order them directly from Birkenstock or go in store and hope that they happen to have the correct width in stock in order to be sure I will get regular/wide width.
I bought this two months ago and wore it couple of times at home. After few times the bottom became very scratchy I went back to return it and I was told it can’t be returned. I went to Nordstrom shoeshine they said they have nothing to offer to soften it. I don’t recommend you buy this design. The men version was much better we have two at home for my husband and they are very comfy. It could be just this pair but it was a waste of money and time.
So far, so good. This is my 1st pair of leather birks. I am a size 10 in womens so purchased the 41 and they fit perfectly. I have the mens plastic version that run wider but these are not too narrow despite being narrower [I find the women's plastic version are too narrow vs the mens plastic ones]. Since these are new I can't attest to their longevity but hear good things about this brand. Meanwhile, they are comfy on despite my bunions. I got the stone which is a good neutral and love the rose gold hardware in contrast to the leather.
