Also, she is using this product as well). I don't get any harm reaction to my skin which is good. This product is authentic and it's a must buy!

I wanted to try this product for a very specific purpose, I have been looking at facial cleansing wipes to use occasionally at bedtime instead of stripping my face by doing a full wash with cleanser and water. I rarely wear makeup, I spend my energy on finding the best skincare products for my skin and sunscreen. So at bedtime usually, I’m just taking off sunscreen and the day’s grime, or if I didn’t go out, the day’s moisturizing products. I tried several brands of moist facial cleansing wipes, and they left behind a greasy film and my face still feels like it needs a full wash. I would never want to skip properly cleansing my skin, and I usually do a full routine while I shower, but it would be nice to be able to occasionally do something quicker and more ... MoreI wanted to try this product for a very specific purpose, I have been looking at facial cleansing wipes to use occasionally at bedtime instead of stripping my face by doing a full wash with cleanser and water. CONTAINS XYLITOL (toxic to pets)
26 May 2023

Even though it says no rinsing needed, DO SO ANYWAY. Or better yet, use something else. This micellar water contains xylitol, even small amounts of which can be very toxic to cats and dogs if ingested, lowering blood sugar and in some cases even causing liver damage after 24-48 hours if not treated promptly. I’m still kicking myself because I’m a vet tech and should have known better. I KNEW this had xylitol but I thought there was no way it contained enough to be an issue because it wasn’t one of the first ingredients. Even my vet was in disbelief that a few licks would be enough to poison a small animal, but they were. Luckily my cat made it through with same-day treatment and monitoring for the next several days, but I’m still blown away. Even my vet was in disbelief that a few licks would be enough to poison a small animal, but they were. Luckily my cat made it through with same-day treatment and monitoring for the next several days, but I’m still blown away. Please don’t make my same mistake. If you have pets, don’t use this product. It’s just not worth the risk. You can read the full story of what happened at the end of this review if you want.*** As for the review categories: this product seemed to help a bit clear up my acne, but it was even more effective at poisoning my cat, soooo there’s that. As for quality, I give it one star for containing a well-known dog/cat toxin. And for value I’d also give it one star given the cost of treating xylitol toxicity, which can even necessitate hospitalization. Not good! ***The story: So I went to bed after using this micellar water one night, and my cat came and licked my face about 2 hours later, which woke me up. She doesn’t typically lick my face out of the blue so, again, I stupidly thought the xylitol in this wouldn’t be an issue. Within a couple hours, my girl began acting lethargic and even a bit unsteady on her feet, so I tested her blood sugar (she’s diabetic, but she’s not insulin-dependent and is just on a specialized diabetic food). Instead of being too high, which is more typically the problem in diabetic animals, her blood sugar was slightly lower than usual. Remembering that this has xylitol in it, I began to wonder of she could have been affected but was still in disbelief that she could get enough to develop toxicity from just a few licks. I work at a veterinary clinic, so I brought her to work with me just in case but even her vet thought she couldn’t have gotten enough to be a problem but to just keep her under observation for the day. Unfortunately, her blood sugar continued to drop even after being fed non-diabetic food all day and eventually glucose paste, which had no effect instead of making her blood sugar sky high like it should for a diabetic patient. She pulled through with aggressive fluid therapy, blood sugar tests every couple hours, overnight monitoring for the first 24 hours, and blood tests to monitor her liver values for three days. Please learn from my mistake and use a different product. Don’t be dumb like me and fool yourself into believing it won’t be an issue.

Expensive Water
26 May 2024

For all of the rave reviews, one really questions the validity of them. Why? I've used a different product before and thought I'd try it out based on the reviews. Bottom line: it is the most expensive water (Water from my faucet does the same job.) It takes a lot of product to remove makeup and, it really doesn't clean the face like it's marketed to do, no matter the cloth type. I have to use 2 applications. PLUS, the toner I use afterwards removes the final residue left behind with 2 applications. Never had that problem with my previous product. This will not be purchased again.Very disappointed

r sensitive skin. It effortlessly removes makeup, dirt, and impurities without irritating the skin or leaving a greasy residue. The formula is fragrance-free and soothing, making it ideal for daily use, even around the eyes. It leaves the skin feeling clean, refreshed, and hydrated. Whether you're removing heavy makeup or just cleansing, this micellar water delivers excellent results without causing dryness or discomfort. A must-have for anyone looking for a reliable, skin-friendly makeup remover.

Gentle cleanser
26 December 2024

I had been using a different brand of micellar water for a few years but sadly it's been discontinued. So I ordered the two-pack on sale of Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micellar Water. It works well to remove my tinted moisturizer and non-waterproof mascara, although it does take several small cotton rounds. The only thing I don't like is how it dispenses--I'm used to the dispenser top where you flip open the top, push down with a cotton pad to dispense; this has a flip-top where you turn the bottle over to dispense the micellar water--it comes out faster than I would like. Other than that, the price was great and I will enjoy using it as a makeup remover before washing my fast.

Mid at best
2 May 2024

I ALWAYS hear not only 'influencers' talk about this, but people in the comments of those videos sing the praises of this product, so after years of that propaganda, I decided to try it. Literally a mid miceller water. I don't understand how this is different than Garnier. It actually doesn't take makeup off as well (and I wear super sheer powder foundation), it makes my rosacea flare-up, and my face gets oilier faster. Maybe my face is just so used to Garnier because I've been using it for so long that it's retaliating, lol. For how expensive it is, I really expected more. I am going to use it up, because this small freaking bottle was $10. I'll be going back to my Garnier after this where $12 can get me a 6 month supply.

The best micellar water and maker remover ever!
8 July 2024

You can use this micellar water as either a facial cleanser or a makeup remover or both. It is such a truly phenomenal product. It has absolutely no scent to it. It is truly as gentle as water to one’s face and eyes, but it doesn’t dry out one’s skin. It leaves one’s skin feeling fresh and clean with no residue behind. I have super sensitive eyes and it doesn’t bother my eyes one bit. It is on the pricey side for a micellar water, but it’s the best I’ve ever used and would recommend to anyone no matter their age or skin skin type. Definitely give it a try for sure!

Very good micellar water
4 June 2024

I’ve always been a bit wary of micellar water as I find they can be harsh and damaging for the skin barrier, but I wanted something to try to potentially use for a double cleanse or freshen up.I wanted something with a low PH level for the above reasons and did my research and saw this was highly rated and suitable for sensitive skin. I found it reasonably priced I paid around £10 for 500ml from Amazon. I think it’s very good not astringent at all and it did not dry my skin or make it feel tight. I’ve mostly use after an oil cleanser, as a double cleanse and found it cleans and removes make up and any impurities really well. My skin is sensitive to these types of products and I’ve not had any irritation.
