Bioderma Atoderm Shower Oil 100 ml

I really, really like this cleansing oil. It's hard to decide if I like this or the more because both of them are absolutely amazing for breaking down makeup as gently as possible. When I use this product I don't feel any drag on my skin, which I really appreciate. I do need to follow-up with a traditional cleanser, which I personally don't mind but if you are looking for just a single cleansing product I would recommend instead, although it's slightly less effective at removing makeup.

This stuff is incredible. It is billed as a sensitive cleanser for body and face, but I use it on my face at the sink and it leaves my skin so soft, especially when paired with a silicone pore scrubber. I will say that I have been blessed with extremely clear, non-sensitive skin my whole life (I never went through a “weird, zitty, teenage skin” phase) and my skin immediately took a liking to this. If you are more sensitive or acne-prone, I would proceed with caution, as this is still an oil. It does foam up quite well and rinses clean, and does a great job of taking off makeup without the need for a double cleanse. It was light and refreshing. The oil lathered up beautifully as if it were a regular, soap based body wash and was easy to rinse off. This shower oil is a good oil cleanser for my skin that rinses off nicely. My skin feels nice and not dry at all. If you get some on the shower floor, it will rinse out without leaving an oily slick on the floor. I've even started using this when cleaning my makeup brushes as well (the bottle lasts forever, so I was finding other ways to use it). It is great! Excellent cleanser for my eczema prone children

I came across this cleanser after having success with Mustela Stelatopia Cleansing baby oil. Atoderm is more cost friendly and equally effective. Two things I would like to mention (1) It does not sting when using over the eyes but it does feel unusual and I would not put in on my children’s eye, it may cause my 4 year old to complain that it irritates. (2) This does have a light delicate fragrance, some eczema prone individual’s have sensitivity to fragrance and it can flare up the skin. My children have so far not had this issue as they have had with other fragrant products. I’m very impressed by Bioderma and their dedication to bettering lives with such excellent products. Great product but awful scent

I am still on the fence about Bioderma Atoderm Cleansing Oil, I don't know if I like or dislike it. I love the creamy texture and the way this cleansing oil feels going on my skin. For being an oil it does not get everywhere or make a mess in the shower. I'm always worried using an oil in the shower that I will slip, this was not the case at all. The oil cleaned my skin effectively and rinsed off cleanly. What I did not like about the cleansing oil was the smell, it is a chemical flowery smell that is overpowering and smells like scented feminine hygiene products. Incredible product for eczematic skin

I have had eczema since childhood, which has now turned into atopic dermatitis. It is caused by autoimmune issues; I also have Type 1 diabetes and Hashimoto's Thyroiditiis. The dermatologist recommended all the Bioderm products. I happened to be in Mt.Juliet TN for a job interview when I stopped by a Walgreens and I saw this product. I immediately bought it because it was the brand the doctor had recommended and I saw that it was a cleansing oil which has worked very well for me in the past. It doesn't have a lot of lather but it does the job, rinses clean and when you step out of the shower, the water just drops off you, leaving it easier to dry yourself off without having to rub with towel. LOVE IT - wish it was fragrance free

I use this stuff everywhere - even on my face! I actually love it best for my face believe it or not. I'm super sensitive and as I get older (51) my skin was getting dry. I hate creams on my body because they feel thick and in Florida you sweat. I'll keep using it, but I feel the scent is causing irritation on my lips (this is the first place I begin to feel irritation from products). My fingers are crossed that the irritation does not get worse and I can keep using this awesome cleanser!

New perception in shower “oils”!

I received Bioderma Atoderm gratious in exchange for providing my opinion of product. Unknowledgeable of brand prior to? Excited to try! The “oil” term caused a perception of “oily” in mind? But surprised & pleased to say there was NO oily residue after rinse, my skin was quite quite hydrated but w lack of the feeling that most products prior disappointingly left behind. The slight fresh sent was momentarily pleasant but not lingering to interfere in use of my regular fragrance! Personally it was not for my facial routine as I have a slight oily complexion? But nothing disappointing or negitive within all the positive areas this offers. Will def add in shower, & recommend use in dry skin or a sensitivity issue to try Atoderm from BIODERMA. Interesting product. I originally got this thinking it would be a less expensive option of another product that one of my favorite YouTubers raved about. The container itself claims to be a mild cleanser but it did not feel like it cleansed my skin at all. So I thought I would use it to shave with, and that worked ok but I started to feel like it was a pointless extra product because its not like I could skip lotion after my shower. Why not just use by regular body wash? Also, I did feel like my tub was a tiny bit slick whenever I used it. Then it occurred to me that this may work as a oil cleanser to remove makeup. I have long been a double cleanse kind of person- oil to remove makeup (Dermalogica Precleanse, Hado Labo cleansing oil, even coconut oil), then use my ... MoreInteresting product.
