I was super excited for this and so far, I'm not a fan. I can't seem to figure out how to get it to dispense automatically, even with the directions. Only a very tiny bit of soap comes out when I dispense it manually. Hoping I'm just tired and the directions will make more sense in the morning. I will say that it's the perfect size for a bathroom or kitchen sink. This review was written by a full-time Bed Bath & Beyond employee. If there's one thing I always wish I had when washing dishes in the sink, it's an extra hand. This touchless soap dispenser could very well be that extra hand I need. I use it for my dish soap when I need to grab some soap in a pinch and it's been great! It works super quickly - no log. I'm a huge fan! It costs too much for what it is. Works best with foaming soap. If you use regular soap you'll have to experiment with the ratio to get it right or else not much soap will be expelled. 1 to 1 worked for me. The instructions recommended a 1 to 4 ratio. Your hands must be right under it for it to dispense soap which I love as I use it by the kitchen sink and there's a lot of traffic in the area.

Absolutely love this soap dispenser, being elderly it gets hard to push down on pump soaps, this has been a breeze & perfect for people afraid of germs. Would be wonderful for kids as it’s kinda fun & hopefully would encourage them to use soap when washing their hands. Would make a great gift as well.
I don't understand why this product just stopped working after 3 months. I am now reading through reviews that had the same experience. In the 3 months we've had it, we've used it with foaming Dawn soap all the time and used solely in our kitchen to wash dishes. I've changed the batteries out once already and now it's not working even after changing batteries. The top light comes on when I push the top button but soap doesn't come out anymore. We verified it's not clogged but it won't pull out soap anymore. We are very disapointed.
Loved this soap dispenser until it stopped working like other reviewers have mentioned, it lasted less than a year. I liked that it sat low and wide because I have three little kids that use the bathroom I put it in and were constantly knocking over our soap pumps, this one never got knocked over. BUT it needs to be able to last longer. I have a simplehuman brand auto soap dispenser at my kitchen sink that I’ve had for over 6 years and it is still working.
Guess we were not so lucky with that product! After only 5 months of using it, it suddenly stopped working. We tried everything we could to make it work again but in vain. The crazy thing about the warranty is that we have to pay for the shipping which would be more expensive than the product value itself. Too bad! Cause we feel that we have been crooked by buying this product.

We had some foaming soap leftover from a manual foaming pump that went bad a few months ago, so we've been in need of a replacement. The touchless option is a fun luxury. So far it's worked great, although I admit I expected more soap capacity. Most of the space its space is used up in battery storage. This really isn't an issue since foaming soap goes a long way, and being able to have four AA batteries should mean it will last a long time before needing to replace them.
