Great taste very filling
They are delicious and guilt free you wouldn’t know that it’s not full of nasty processed junk
Provided your a healthy eater yes they are nice. I say this with understanding that it tastes nice but for people who are not healthy anything healthy tastes not as sweet or salty. But getting healthy means you taste the milder things in food. Over all it keeps you satisfied between meals and if you need that something between finish work and making dinner.
A go to snack for me filling and tasty. Feels healthier than a chocolate bar.
