BUY THESE!

These are the best gels I have ever tried. I have ran marathons, half marathons, and recently hiked across the grand canyon and back in two days. BUY THESE! These are the singular reason I made it out of the canyon on the second day instead of sleeping on the trail with three miles left lmao. They are so much easier to consume when you are depleted because they aren't sticky like all the other gels and they don't mess up my stomach. We gave one to a hiker we passed struggling with heat exposure- she was literally laying on the side of the trail- and she met up with us when we had stopped for a snack break a few miles up the road because she could eat the gel! These are the best on the market. :)

These are definitely a different texture/flavor than any other gel I've had. This tastes/feels like applesauce with a little bit of berry flavor. It has that slightly fibrous texture like apple sauce which makes sense since apple sauce is the main ingredient. They tasted very good. I normally use PowerBar gels. I used these BPN gels on a couple longer runs and they worked well. I didn't have any stomach issues or notice a performance change using BPN vs PowerBar. These are a little pricey so I don't know that I will fully change over to BPN but they are good gels!

Great race gels!

I enjoy all of the flavors and I alternate so I don't have flavor fatigue. The texture is similar to applesauce so no water is needed to chase. These provide all of the carbs I need and the caffeine version works great when you need a boost! Most importantly zero GI issues. BPN products are now my go to.

Great taste and easy on the stomach
23 October 2024

This is my second time trying this gel, different flavor this time. I have enjoyed it both times. It gave me a nice boost in a workout and a long run. It has a great taste, easy on the stomach, and can be consumed without water if needed or desired.

Mango Go Gel Review
23 July 2024

I am a performance over taste person however, these gels were WAY too sweet like 3x as sweet as a maurten gel and for marketing them to be taken "without water" because the the liquid consistensity, I found myself needing water to get the taste out of my mouth. The mango go gels also had an acidic after taste that was very unpleasant.

Needed new nutrition quickly!
16 October 2024

I added GO gel, all the flavors to my nutrition plan the week before I did R3. It worked perfectly!! My previous gel changed their formula with added fat, so I knew I my GI wouldn't handle it. The Feed came through like a champ & shipped my nutrition just in time for my trip.

Not bad
8 July 2024

The apple sauce of berry flavor aren't bad. I like that the consistency is less viscous than something like a GU. These two are 4.5/5 stars. The mango is so bad. It is basically liquid and has an awful taste. The only saving grace to the mango is it is pretty good if you mix it with water. But taking those straight up? Bless your heart.

Overwhelmingly sweet and lower carbs
15 October 2024

I'm into a lot of BPN products but this one isn't for me. The sweetness is overwhelming (like my teeth are rotting as I eat it). Aside from that, it doesn't have enough carbs compared to other gels. Not bad for a simple 1hr run but if we're looking at 2-3 hour efforts or a full marathon, I can't carry a whole box of these to hit my goal intake.

Perfect Gel
1 November 2024

This has the best constancy, taste, and energy in a gel I have used to date. the package is small and easy to carry. The flavor is like applesauce with a little cinnamon. I do not get sick of it like some other gels I have tried. Would 10/10 recommend.

Perfection in a Pouch
29 October 2024

The berry flavor is top tier compared to the other brands in the market place. This also provides a substantial amount of carbs for size of packaging. Also, the consistency of the gel is a great blend between some of the gels that are overly watery or very solid. Would recommend this as anyone’s primary gel of choice.
