I started taking these in August 2022, very sceptical about the likelihood of them reducing the frequency of my chronic migraines and cluster headaches, let alone preventing them. An absolute game changer for me and I will never, ever be without these (plus a back up pack!) in my life. I now no longer live in constant fear of having to miss events or take time off work, because I am feeling so unwell.

It is rare that I take the time to write a review but this product truly deserves it. The first Omega supplement that does exactly what it says it will. No unpleasant burps and I already feel a difference. This product is not only beautifully designed visually but feels totally worth the money when you take it. I have also bought the childrens version for my kids and am equally as pleased. You get what you pay for in supplements and this one certainly delivers.
