Thanks to this innovative design, Bambu Lab Hotends can be heated up significantly faster than traditional hotends. Additionally, the risk of filament leaking or oozing at the interface between the nozzle and heating block is eliminated, ensuring a smooth and reliable printing experience. Bambu Lab offers two variants of hotends: a single hotend with a nozzle and a complete hotend assembly. To successfully use the hotend with nozzle in your 3D printer, you will need the following components for assembly: a cooling fan, a ceramic heater, a thermistor, and a silicone sock. These components allow you to assemble a complete hotend assembly and operate the hotend efficiently. With 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm nozzles, the larger diameter of the hotend allows for more filament to be extruded per second, resulting in significantly higher printing speeds.
