I’ve bought them and legit got to use them once, I go to turn them on now and they legit turn right back off. There not even on for 5 seconds. I’ve put in a warranty replacement and tried contacting you , still no reply on either. Very disappointed babyliss.

Very disappointed, I only use these clippers one time and now they will not stay on. Even fully charged, once I flip them on the blade to go back-and-forth for about five seconds and then they stop. Maybe I just got a faulty pair, but for $200 this is very disappointing especially since I only got to use them one time
