Seller chat support was rubbish. Clearly uninterested in his job. Offered no help. However seller shop salesman called me to advise. I have a dozen ROG products. This chair is by far the worst. Arrived unusable. Wheels squeaked. The side support are not equal. Uncomfortable. Lousier than Secret Lab.

Product is good specially on the seat is very soft. Seem like it kept in the store very long, till have a layer of white mould/dirt on the seat. After cleaning, is ok.

Okay, I gotta be real. This chair doesn't quite live up to the hype. The construction is a bit flimsy, and it creaks like a haunted house when I'm just adjusting in it. The promised RGB lighting is underwhelming; it's more like a dull glow compared to the vividness advertised. The cup holder is positioned awkwardly, and I spill my drinks more often than not. It's not terrible, but for the price, I expected better quality...

Beautiful chair, lovely embroidery logo on front & back of chair, pu leather is outstanding quality,
After the military it's difficult to find a comfortable chair. This makes working from home possible. I only wish the ROG Chariot X was available in the US because that was my first choice
I had a Razer Iskur before this and it had become too firm after an injury to my leg last year. Whilst nearly double than I ever thought I'd spend on a chair it has nevertheless completed my gaming corner, it looks amazing whilst simultaneously being the most comfy chair I've ever sat in.
Great chair! I have the wide seat version. It’s very comfortable for long gaming periods. Very well built. Love the style! Especially the back of the chair. And RGB. What more could you ask for.
Exactly what my son was hoping for to complete his gaming set up.
Comfortable for gaming in long run. Say no more to back pain. Quality and durability is superb with premium PU leather and back side carbon fiber finishing. Adjustable arm rest to avoid long run arm fatigue. Aura rgb lighting what make this gaming chair look lively, premium and spectacular design by rog.
