Amazing gameplay! Great storyline! One can choose to follow the story directly or play the extras at the same time! Graphics could be a little better but doesn't bother me at all! I totally recommend this one!!

Black Flag remains one of my favourite instalments in the AC series. The main storyline is captivating and immersive, and the islands are all beautifully executed - you can really feel the locations that are being portrayed. The side missions link seamlessly with the main quest, which keeps you from breaking out of the experience. Overall, it's a really good game. One thing I will say, however, is that the ships are clunky. They are very hard to control - especially when it comes to battles. (Gamer rage intensifies). But I am pleased to say that in the more recent games (Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla) this issue has been greatly improved.

This game is years old, but still one of the best games made to date. There are so many different ways to play this game depending on your play style. This game I feel revolutionized the way ships work in games. 10/10, highly recommend.

This was different from what I was used to. Pirate ships and ocean battle. Overall it was still an adventure playing this game and tied into other storylines. The controlling of the ship too time but once I got it, smooth sailing.
Not the best Assassin's Creed ever but close. The game's world is very massive and beautiful. You can sail your ship anywhere, fight other ships of all different sizes weak and strong, jump out at anytime go explore an island, go hunting, or just roam the cities as always killing guards. There's hundred's of tiny to big island's you can walk on although most aren't worth exploring and some feel like they've been copy pasted around the games world. There's many more new animal's and you can harpoon sharks and whales. You use skins and materials collected from hunting and sailing to upgrade you and your ship. The games freerunning has been more responsive in the past you only hold R1 to freerun not X too so you cant simply jog without free running into something ... MoreNot the best Assassin's Creed ever but close. The games freerunning has been more responsive in the past you only hold R1 to freerun not X too so you cant simply jog without free running into something anymore it can be extremely annoying when Edward does something you didn't intend and you die or fail a mission for it. You can barely simply run around crowded obstacle filled areas without him wasting time climbing something or running up a wall you wanted to go through or around or when you try to run up to a chest to loot it he'll run up on the chest half the time unless you walk to it. Also the games not so easy on beginners poor tutorials sometimes none that you'd expect in the past to pop up an teach you how to play without stopping to read you'll have to do a little reading to learn to play especially with sailing but the e manual in games pretty nice. The flintlock pistols work well you can move while aiming now. The ship customization is deeper than I thought it'd be pretty cool still customization could of been better all around has been in the past. Counter attacks seem more responsive too. This game reminds me alot of The Legend Of Zelda Wind Waker for Gamecube...
Oh, Assassin's Creed Black Flag! It's such an amazing game! The open-world pirate setting and naval battles are so much fun. I love exploring the Caribbean and taking down enemy ships. The story is also really.
Former players of Disney's (multiplayer) POTCO will certainly find pleasant similarities. I really enjoyed the depiction of all the animals and that the player could (minimally) interact with them. Having to play the single player version online through the server was more than annoying to me. It was a downright turn-off. Also, the stupid, less-than-stealthy set-up and approach was a negative. Being from the Thief/Styx world, this blatant non-sneaker was a boring fight, fight, boss fight - with the occasional option to skip straight to the boss fight. A real assassin would've killed the boss in his bed and been long gone before anyone noticed! Tomb Raider does the formula better. NOT a waste of money so long as one gets any title deeply discounted. This is the best ... MoreFormer players of Disney's (multiplayer) POTCO will certainly find pleasant similarities. The next generation of gaming.....As someone said in a description of this game. This game is nothing if not less than imaginative.Opening sequence: You are a pirate on a ship, floating around the ocean, you find yourself on an island and you have to do some hunting to find skins, then some killing and pirate stuff. Then you pilot a boat and fire guns at boats.Tomb Raider: In one of the first games, you find yourself on an island, you climb all over the place much like this one, you shoot a lot, find artifacts, like this game, kill a lot of people, do missions and shoot at boats, helicopters and other things, including Jeep.In a word, KNOCKOFF!The game took its entire premise from an existing title, it is merely a lazy man's way of generating a title when the ... MoreThe next generation of gaming.....As someone said in a description of this game. More than anything, all the tech and jumping around from the hub to pirate land makes me sick. Frankly the game is not well rounded or centered and faults when mixing future tech and old style pirate action. You spend entirely too much time trying to figure out what year it is.As for the action, if you loved Tomb Raider and not solving complex puzzles that test your mettle then you will absolutely love this game.I found it pretentious and poorly thought out.Tomb Raider???? Really??
Wouldnt describe game case in very good condition. Very clear amounts of wear are visible. However, the game does run as expected.
