I have been with AT&T for 15 years and always paid my monthly bill on time for 3 lines. I recently purchased 2 new iPhone 15 a few weeks back and was given $350 for trading in my iPhone11 but I would get the $350 in increments over a 3 year period as I would pay the new iPhones off over 3 years.I received a bill and did notice the tax for the phones was taken out in a lump some which I have no problem with. The problem is my plan was changed without my consent to a new much more expensive plan. When I called and said that I want my existing plan back I was told by Ray L and his manager Jennifer O( if those names are real) that I couldn't switch back because my old plan was grandfathered and since I have the new plan they cant put me back on the old plan that I ...Ā MoreI have been with AT&T for 15 years and always paid my monthly bill on time for 3 lines. So they get another month or 2 out of me.On top of that I don't get my $350 back or the phone I traded in if I leave. I am very aggravated now! but they told me they are sorry and understand how I feel. What BS!

If you can go through a different company for cheaper I would absolutely recommend switching because AT&T will charge as much as they can for any and everything at the snap of a finger if you allow them to. They also are not transparent about the things they will charge you for when you have an account through them. My advice? Find a better company to give your money to when it comes to phone service.

The iPhone 15 Plus has been great so far - upgraded from the XR after 7 years of using it and one replacement battery. No complaints about the phone itself. However, Verizon should offer more incentives to their long term "existing" customer base!! It's a flat out SHAME to offer brand new phone to new customers or free phone if you add a line. I can see why people now change carriers every two to three years - brand new phones at practically little to no cost. The ONLY reason why I did NOT jump ship is because my daughter purchased a new phone about a one year ago and she is on my plan. If there is no incentive three years from now, I'll be jumping ship to a new carrier and enjoy the new customer perk.Verizon, please tell your marketing team, existing clients ...Ā MoreThe iPhone 15 Plus has been great so far - upgraded from the XR after 7 years of using it and one replacement battery. With the price of new phones, it most certainly is a deciding factor when considering the carrier. Thank you.

Until this purchase I have always gone for the top end phones. I have had the pro max 13 and 14 as well as the Google Pixel Pro 8 and can honestly say the 15 Plus is easily on par with them all. What I like: The larger screen is great and the display is more than I was expecting. The camera, in spite of not having all the bells and whistles you get with the pro models is more than most people will need and pictures/video are really quite nice. The Plus uses the A16 while the Pro has the A17 but having done numerous speed tests I can say the āslowerā speeds are not noticeable. I still clock download speeds in the 200+ mbps range and upload speeds typically hover around the 175 range. The Plus uses the A16 while the Pro has the A17 but having done numerous speed tests I can say the āslowerā speeds are not noticeable. I still clock download speeds in the 200+ mbps range and upload speeds typically hover around the 175 range. The Dynamic Island (no weird notch) is nice and easier on the eyes as opposed to the notch on the older Plus models. The rounded edges look good and the phone feels better in hand. I was surprised how light it is and you can definitely feel that when holding the phoneā¦itās just more comfortable than its pro max predecessors. Moving on, the battery life is what really impressed me. When I took the phone out of the box it was at 74%. After set up, downloading all my apps, setting those up, and using my phone for 38 hours I still have 34% battery charge left. I should note my usage during that time isnāt what I would call heavyā¦.moderate usage plus set up but still excellent battery drain vs usage. This is a phone you wonāt have to keep charging all day. I would also note that in spite of my worries about all the reports of the pro models overheating, this phone has stayed perfectly cool even through the set up and downloading a ton of apps at once. I donāt notice much of difference in using this phone compared to past pro models and for me the user experience simply beats my Google Pixel Pro 8 and the Samsung Ultra. I have always loved how Apple has incorporated biometrics, specifically the Face ID. It makes using the phone so much more fluid when compared to Androidās Face ID and finger print ID. The C chargerā¦all I can say there is FINALLY!!! Love that! What I didnāt like: I got the blue phone and it is more white than blue. While I like the weight and hand feel of the phone it does feel a little less high end than the pro models. Thatās being really picky and just posting it for the review purposes to try to give anyone reading this a complete picture. The Plus model has the 60 refresh rate while the pro has the 120. I am in cybersecurity and obviously work with tech daily so I do tend to notice things like that when using devices but again itās so minor and I would suspect the average user to not notice it in the course of most of their daily usageā¦.gamers on the other hand may notice it a bit more. The camera is probably the biggest difference next to the price. I mention that because the price and the camera features go hand in hand. The lack of pro camera features is probably the most noticeable user experience difference if you are thinking of switching from a pro model but truthfully (unless you use the camera in a professional capacity) it shouldnāt matter much. Comparable pictures look similar in quality but definitely a tier below the pro models and the zoom feature is significantly less on the Plus. With all this being said, for the price difference at the cost of the pro features and the physical differences is a decision for the individual buyer, but for my review I feel there is more value in the Plus model unless you need the specific feature upgrades (or just want them) and donāt mind shelling out another $300+. This phone easily balance the features offered with a pretty good price for the average user and I highly recommend checking it out!

I would recommend this phone - a well worth asset to my life!

My old phone had to be re booted, my new iPhone wouldn't reboot, so I had to do a factory reset and this rolls the phone back to IOS 17.71.5 Hours installing the updates to firstly iOS 17.8, then iOS 18, then iOS 18.01Having done a Google search there are literally hundreds of posts on numerous forums about this 'bug' - yes Mr Apple your software does have bugs - contrary to your slick PR dept.Four hours later and after trying numerous 'fixes' suggested on the internet I gave up - once again factory resetting my new phone and decided to manually load everything back .....So again 1.5 Hours installing the updates to firstly iOS 17.8, then iOS 18, then iOS 18.01Gave up, went to bed at 1am after starting the copy over process in the afternoonSo as a consequence of not being able to copy over I lost all my watch faces and settings for my Apple Watch - that refused to connect to the iPhone 15, even after unpairing from my iPhone 12. Another hour hunting on forums for a work aroundI've a couple of apps that saved data locally to the phone, not to the cloud - so all that historical data was lost. Lesson learned here - dont assume every app that comes from the App Store will save data to the cloud. And now I'm looking at perhaps another half a day to finish loading all my apps back and setting up the phone to work like my previous model. The only thing that worked well was iCloud - at least my diary, notes, passwords, photo's, files and documents did eventually sync acrossI cant really comment much about the phone features / camera etc, as it's still being set up, it hasn't moved off the desk - my trusty iPhone 12 will be used for a next few days.Moral of the story - make sure everything is backed up and if you are really lucky the copy over process may work. But, if like me, you rely on a fully loaded and functional phone for work private/ life - DONT even attempt the copy over process unless you have AT LEAST half a day to sort out moving your stuff across manually when it fails.Hugely disappointed in Apple......
The first iPhone 15 plus I purchased I had to return it after about ten days. It had lagging texting. It would randomly text my contacts with no message. Sometimes it would connect other times it wouldnāt and it was driving me crazy. But Iāve never had an issue with any of them like this. And Iāve been purchasing IPhones ever since IPhone 8 and each year as they debut because itās always around my birthday. So I get it as a gift to myself. Knowing that itās usually in October or November and my birthday being 11/18.This is the first year that Iām purchasing late because of the horrible inflation we are all going through. I wasnāt able to do it when it debuted this time. I absolutely love this product and this has been the first time Iāve ever been disappointed and/or let down by Apple and thank you Verizon for coming to the rescue.

Itās been 5years since I got a new iPhone and AT&T is in the background taking the thrill and excitement out of it, as usual. I purchased and financed 3new phones and planned and budgeted for the new bill to come. I did this by reviewing the current monthly bill, and comparing it to the upcoming bill with the new phones and had a 30 minute discussion with an Att rep. We came to a final amount the monthly bill would be. The rep recorded the notes into my account and I felt I had done my due diligence in budgeting for the new phones. The 8days later my first bill was automatically debited from my bank as it is monthly but to my horror, aggravation , and anger ATT took almost $400 from my bank acct. This is in addition of the $177 pmt I made at the time of purchase of the phones. I immediately turned off auto-pay until ATT made right the money they stole from my bank account in excess of the amount due. It shouldnāt cost $1000 to activate and upgrade a new phone when youāve had an account with ATT for 20. Itās rude, and itās theft. A bait and switch. Iām waiting on my refund ATT.
We turned an Iphone with purchase of new Iphone. I've been a loyal customer for 11 years and was quite surprised Verizon they offered my wife $14 for an Iphone 8 Plus. To be fair it had a small crack in the front glass in the corner but glass change for these company is quite small. It seems that once you are a long-term customer you get nothing so I will be looking for another vendor as we have 4 accounts that has been taken for granted. I'm person who doesn't like to switch but it is time to put some work into analyze and switch. I just had the same incident with Comcast where they were charging $80/Month for internet that was $40/Month with the new fiber carrier that entered the market. I'm person who doesn't like to switch but it is time to put some work into analyze and switch. I just had the same incident with Comcast where they were charging $80/Month for internet that was $40/Month with the new fiber carrier that entered the market. It made a call to cancel department only to determine that I had to take the 90 minutes to cancel . Amazingly Comcast called 2 weeks later after I had canceled and replaced the internet and offered the same price. I told them I wasted 90 minutes of my time changing and taking the time to request the change and wouldn't be changing. There is such stupidity in Corporate America. Everything is online and they could have easily checked the local pricing before I canceled. It is the same effort that is going to happen to Verizon and I'm a satisfied customer that doesn't like being treated poorly. Every ad has free I15 phones for changing for even phones no longer useable. It seems you have to leave a company before they wake up so sad because who wants to waste energy on change for similar product. Time for a AT&T and T-Mobile check in.
