I’ve used this iPad for over 3 years now. The durability with a good case and screen protector is unmatched. My iPad has survived numerous drops on concrete. Battery life has not degraded holding a charge over the years. I primarily use it for flying and storing all of my publications and regulations on it. Plenty of storage and easy to carry around. I use this for everything! Browsing the web, watching videos, reading, Foreflight, shopping, etc. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an iPad.

Blown Away!

I was skeptical, but the seller went above and beyond for this ipad purchase. The shipping was super fast at just 3 days.This iPad Mini came in amazing condition. Resotred to a like new finish save for only a few very minute scuffs on the back. Case and Screen protector already applied, and they threw in a pair of headphones and a charger. I am pleasantly surprised and super thankful to the seller for such a great deal on a great device.I may just end up buying another or one of their other products!

Disappointed!!!

I'm a loyal Apple guy and continue to update new models. I ordered this pad and it took two weeks to arrive. That was the best part. Tried for hours to get it up and running to no avail. It not download. I contacted Apple Tech Support and was on the line for over two hours. You name they literally tried things I never even knew existed. The bottom line...DEFECTIVE!!! I sent it back and am waiting on a new one. Cross your fingers!!!

No replacement %26 not “excellent “

I wanted a iPad for my son so I decided to spend over $230 on a load that said excellent condition. Well the iPad was damaged, the screen itself has red marks all over and is very noticeable when watching movies or the iPad is on for a long period of time. If you read the information it says you can get a replacement or refund and that’s a lie you can’t get a replacement, even when the product was damaged on arrival. I wanted to get Walmart credits upon return so I could like from a new iPad right away from another seller and that wasn’t possible either. So now I’m waiting 10 days for my money back and don’t have iPad for my kids

Our Second iPad Purchase!

This is our second purchase of iPads from Fingerhut. Our first was quite awhile ago....and we loved them! We decided to upgrade to 10th gen. Passed the earlier ones on to the grandchildren. Expensive...but awesome software and continuous updates too! These last! Great size and very easy to set up using our older ones through WiFi! It's really like having a laptop at our fingertips.

Overall a quality tablet experience

As a first time tablet buyer I first bought an inexpensive 10 inch android tablet but it began operating erratically very quickly so I returned it and found this iPad mini 5 at a good price from Walmart. It was the right choice for me. Walmart does a good job with shopping apps and order fulfillment. The iPad is a nice piece of gear and Im happy with the style, function and performance. Initial set up was lengthy but went smoothly, however, I discovered I was unable to successfully install any apps from the Apple App Store. The iPad does not come with a user manual installed so it took a long time to solve the problem. By the time I got the iPad set up the way I want it and installed the apps I want, I probably spent a whole day tinkering with it. Thats a lot. A couple of negatives, the tablet/iCloud file management isnt as intuitive or functional as it should be, and if youre used to swipe typing you can only do that on the smaller undocked keyboard, which is especially annoying since voice typing is erratic. I bought the mini to save money and the size is handy, but I would recommend the larger iPad if you can afford it. I think the larger screen would be worth it.

okay for certain things not for my family

its an ipad..its pretty dented and scratched and if you press on thw screen in certain parts it gets distorted and bad. it seems like its on its last leg and i mean for 66 buck thats fine.. but the fact i cant download the lastest software, only to like 12.?.? kinda blew it for me. i would personally say its not worth it unless youre looking for an ipad sized paperweight.
