These bags last a long time and are necessary for use with the SV%
I have a less expensive sealer and these work just fine. Heavier duty than what I have bought in the past and work great for freezer items and sous vide cooking.
These rolls are actually not bags, they are sealed on the sides only, so you make bags the size you need. Cut to size for your item, seal one side, put your item in and seal and vacuum the other side. It's all automatic, but there is also manual feature if you do not want to vacuum real tight, as with soft breads, the auto function will make it shrink.
Work great. The flexibility to make the bag of whatever size you need is extremely handy
