HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.4 should both easily support 1440p @ 144hz but this hub DOES NOT support 1440p @ 144hz. The most it can do is 1440p @ 120hz. I can only assume that it's not actually up to spec. Mildly disappointing but not a deal break for me. It might matter more to others though.

Procured one of these things because of the wired ethernet and DisplayPort for the external display. Whenever I get on a Teams call, this thing drops the ethernet connection after 3-4 minutes. Just regular, low bandwidth applications perform normally. I was hoping this page would have a firmware update but no luck, A deal breaker

I travel around to many different locations and often need to plug in to a wide variety of work spaces with different equipment. This adapter has it all and lets me set up my workspace exactly the way I need it regardless of where I am. Also, itβs small enough to easily carry around.

Works great with my wife's Dell laptop--now she only needs to plug in one cable for power, mouse, webcam, ethernet and two monitors. With my Macbook Pro it only supports one external monitor, but that is Apple's fault, not Anker's. At first I could only get it to supply 45 watts of power, but that was due to a 60 watt max USB C cable. It only gets slightly warm.
I have the latest Dell XPS 13 with an internal 4K display - plugged in my external 4K monitor and it cant display BOTH screens at once! So poor for a Β£110 hub! Dell has a cheap small USB-C hub for Β£60 that can support 2x 4K monitors. I am really disappointed as this is one of the top of the range (apparently!) Anker hubs - I want my money back.
When my laptop had windows 10 it worked. Now with Windows 11 it is useless. Neither HDMI nor DP work. Cable is also way too short.
After owning this product for a week, it has so far been a great choice and has worked excellently. The only downside I've found so far is the USB-C cable that you connect your device to is rather short.
Haven't tested the video outputs yet, but everything else works great with iPad Pro (with its USB-C port). And the audio output is also convenient, considering the iPad has only 1 USB-C port for everything, incl. audio.Using it with a USB (MIDI) Keyboard.
The USB Hub works great. Very fast and sleek. A lot more affordable than a docking station. I wish I could buy another one but they are unavailable and I got on the waiting list.
I haven't used it much yet. There should be more information on how it operates. I have a separate HDMI dongle that consumes practically no power, but this little plank gets to maybe 105 degrees just to provide that one port. I feel that it should never be used on a computer running on battery, since it draws so much power. So I'll keep individual dongles in my computer bag at all times. But I think I'll keep this slab for its multi-function virtues. I had similar power consumption issues on another brand of PD hub and thought it was a defect. The unspoken fact is that you have to live with it? I'm not going to recommend this whole category of power-hungry hubs, but if someone needs one, what else can you do?
