Not the plush cloud sink in comfort, but medium firm supportive comfort. For anyone with coccyx issues, you'll still need the extra cushion. The internally adjustable lumbar and magnetic memory foam head rest are the game changes for me, I've struggled with getting the lumbar cushions to stay high enough for my back, this eliminates that issue. The arm supports also raise nice and high. The rocking and fixed seat tilt is also a wonderful extra.

Pros: It’s extremely comfortable, very well build and sturdy, the seat reclines back so far…. As far as you feel like you’re laying down ? everything on the chair is top quality front top to bottom hence the price off it… I think it a wee bit expensive for what it is but I would recommend buying it as the other alternatives are more expensive and this seat it as good if not a lot more betterCons: The price is a bit steep… but you get the quality for that price soo make your own mind up there…. There is only really one flaw an I think it’s a flaw in almost all off these types off chairs is that the arm rests rattle a bit, it’s not the end off the world but it’s a wee tiny bit annoying….

Pros: A very comfortable chair and a massive upgrade over my previous chair, and having long gaming sessions I didn't get any discomfort apart from the chairs arms not being padded enough, its very adjustable and looks fantasticCons: The arms for me just needed a bit more padding as over time it can make your arms go numb but apart from this minor thing its a great chair

I've owned this chair for a number of weeks now. It is really comfortable! Great adjustments, easy to assemble. I got this to replace my Secret Labs Titan which (despite getting rave reviews) started falling apart pretty quick, then over time it just became more and more uncomfortable, and the arm rest broke off ( looking at the design it isn't that sturdy ). This chair pretty much outperforms the Titan in all aspects except a couple... it's a little bit smaller, which at first I thought would bother me as I like to sit cross legged etc, but I don't actually notice the difference and still have plenty of room (and I'm not that small... Ok ok, I had a lot of food at christmas, shut up already! ). The other thing is the lumbar support doesn't hit quite in the same ... MoreI've owned this chair for a number of weeks now. It is quite adjustable, and still pretty good, but I think the Titan was a wee bit better (for my body shape at least). The big pros of this chair is that it is MUCH more comfortable to sit on, still firm ish, but much more cushy on the butt. The design looks really solid, so I'm hoping the life of the chair is good. It has all the cool adjustments like most other chairs in this bracket. Most things attach with magnets including arm rests and head pillow. It looks good, I don't really care much about the looks, so not overly crtical here. The build quality of the fabric / stitching etc look good, however, the real test is how all this stands up to 1-2 years of use. So overall, a really nice chair.
Well made, comfortable seat. Lives up to product description. Comes well packed to protect in transit and simple to assemble. Somewhat firmer padding than I expected but supports well and is more comfortable than a more spongy chair it replaced. I looked at buying a good executive chair but this chair provides more features and is built to last.
This is a Christmas present for my husband. He has claimed it the best chair he’s ever had. It’s very heavy. It supports his back well, so after a long time sitting in it, it’s still comfortable. Happy with this product, and definitely would recommend it.
Very comfy chair and lots of options with it. Build quality of the bottom of chair is poor however with 2 different chairs i have received having tilts when shifting weight. You can live with it, but takes the review of the chair down a star or two because of the build quality of the bottom half of chair does not match the top.If you don't mind a slight wobble with your quality chair this is for you.
Best gaming/office chair we have had. Easy to follow assemble instructions. Solid construction for a stronger sturdier chair. Lots of adjustability to get the most comfortable seating position. Very happy with this chair.
It had taken me a solid 2 weeks online shopping to decide on which chair I should buy. And I am happy I went with this one. Not only is it exactly as pictured (mrs wanted it to match the room aesthetically) but it was simple to assemble, no creaking or shaking, and am amazed on how customisable everything is.Smashed 40 hours of diablo4 with correct posture thanks to this chair.
Awesome quality chair, however the aftermarket accessories are limited. I’d like to get softer arm rest and reskin it like its largest competitor in the price range. However this can’t be done. I also fine the Large version is not Large at all and misleading. I’m 75kg and 172cm tall and it’s simply too narrow to to sit on. It should just be called a standard size.
