First a disclaimer: this is my 1st smartwatch. Regardless, I'm very happy with it. My most immediate concern was very low tech. I stopped wearing watches years ago because they felt heavy and bulky and basically uncomfortable on my wrist. This is light and while not super thin, it's not bulky. As far as the tech, it's great. No doubt, expensive, big name brands will have more and be better. But it tells time, shows day and date, and tracks heart rate and sleep cycle. There's also blood oxygen, stress, and PAI measurements. There's a smartphone app to sync it with as well. With all that, it's super affordable. This is a no-brainer especially if it's your first smartwatch.

Great watch for your everyday wearing! It’s super light weight and the band is very comfy. The watch face Is a perfect size to display everything without being too big that it’s massive on your wrist. I like to track my steps and activity in a day and this watch does both! It has multiple options for tracking which ever workout you are doing. Being able to select my workout type gives me more accurate stats on calories burned, steps, how far/long I went, and heart rate. The watch also allows you to customize which notifications from your phone you want to display (messages, email, calls, etc.). The best part is the battery life. I’ve had multiple smart watches and they all needed to be charged every other day. This battery stays charged for multiple days!

There are plenty of workouts to choose from, and I like to believe that the monitoring is accurate. It motivates me to keep going.The battery on this thing just lasts forever. And by forever, I mean two weeks. You could put your notice in, and be training at your next job before you have to charge it again. Could even track your steps to the coffee machine in the morning.
I made the switch from Apple to Android, so I obviously had to find a replacement for my Apple watch. I like a square face so I went with this one. It doesn't do much honestly. I was hoping it would at least give me notifications from my phone, but the only thing it gave me was text messages and phone calls. I jumped a little too fast on this one and should've read more into it, so that's my bad. One thing though is that because it doesn't do much, the battery life is amazing. I only charged it when I first got it out of the box and it lasted several days. If you're looking for just a simple smartwatch that doesn't have all the bells and whistles, go for this one. However, I returned mine because it wasn't really what I wanted.

I just re-charged an old Fitbit One to compare step counts. Just today, steps are already way far apart (900+ steps) and have worn both since getting up this morning. There is really no way to contact anyone at Amazfit to ask questions. I'm NOT subscribing to anything I can't get help with. Just like the Fitbit watches, I wear this on my left wrist. I do like the sleep thing, but I can't wear the wrist band continuously as it becomes uncomfortable.
