One hour before or two hours after a meal is a long time around breakfast!
Actually helps with allergies. Best non-drowsy antihistamine I've tried.
I have been taking these for almost a month now and i can honestly say they are the best antihistamine i have tried. Nothing works completely, yet it makes you more comfortable. Only down side is you need to take 1 hour before food or 2 hours after food. So you need to be organised.
