Works as it is designed to. Price is better than competitors. But less functionality than the other two inverters offered by Kings. It would be better if it was compatible with the remote switch like the 500w and the 3000w inverters. The 1500w inverter has the connection available for the remote but the switch is a hard switch unlike the soft switches of the other two inverters so does not work with the remote.

Worked well. Choose this to power chainsaw battery charger which draws 570W so ample output to do the job.Recommend people check wattage of appliances before expecting inverter to power them as a couple of the poorer reviews were items that would have drawn more power than the units output so the unit was not the issue.

Firstly there was a longer than normal delay in receiving the inverter. The inverter looks ok but unfortunately there were no connecting cables and safety and instruction manual included so aren’t able to connect. I understand it’s a busy time but the claim seems to be taking way too long from the time I sent requested info. Thinking about returning this inverter if nothing happens soon.

This is good product and at a good price. I now have two of these inverters, one in the campervan and one in my 4WD. They run my coffee machine, or a microwave, perfectly. The 1500W inverter has a low standby current and whilst Kings don't have a suitable remote, I was able to make one for it so it can hide away in my camper. Perfect!

Works ok in testing following installation in my camper trailer. Installation video in 4wd Supacentre website was very useful. Great price and prompt delivery.

Haven't used it yet.Update:Having used this unit a few times now I think I'm ready to provide a proper review.Initially I was a bit dubious as to it's form factor. It's quite a bit larger than expected. Aesthetically it is quite nice. Information regarding proper connection and if you should separately fuse is not defined. Yes, it does provide a good clean source of 240v 50Hz. No I haven't pushed it to it's rated values and probably never will (until I increase my battery and solar capacity).Cons: I have only 1 gripe at this stage, the fan noise is ridiculous. So loud I could not tell if the fridge was running the compressor, I also could here it with my Kings 2.2KVA generator running outside (testing the noise level). Put quieter fans in it and get 5☆.

Perfect size and price. It runs my caravan microwave (at 80% power), pulling just under 100A from the LiOn battery. This is good. The batteries inbuilt monitor will trip at 100A. Does the job. It is a physically big unit however. But for the price…….

Seems ok. I was hoping to run a small portable induction hot plate but couldn’t unfortunately. Should have gone for the 3000 but it was huge.Also tried using a portable spray pressure cleaner yesterday - that didn’t work either 🤢.

Power outages are very regular were I live and this little gem provided the goods.. Ran the house no problems for 6hrs. 1tv 1fridge and 2 ceiling fans and 2 fluro lights when required.. Powered off 2 120amp slim kings battery's. Very happy with this unit

No issues with product so far. There is a difference between this unit and the top end products but you get what you pay for and this serves my purpose well. It has functioned well so far with my limited trials. Be aware when installing that the device holds residual power once disconnected from battery terminals but this is easily discharged by pressing the power button.
