I'm not sure who's area it falls under but the bottle was only 1/2 full when it arrived, it was not all over the plastic and the bottle wasn't sticky like it leaked. As soon as I picked it up I could tell it was 1/2 empty. Asked for a refund because it was expensive, $13 for 8 oz. They will refund the money if you pack it up and take it to the post office or schedule a FedEx pick up.

Amazing! Works really great for fine hair, makes it more fluid and easier to move, not sticking and snarling and pulling out in clumps! Got this for my kids because their hair is so so fine but they have a ton of hair!!

This product is absolutely incredible! U will definitely start seeing the changes in a few days of use. After using it, my hair has become so smooth and shiny! It’s scent is so good too. The size of this product is huge and it’s quality is superb! The packaging was also good, it wasn’t damaged at all. Highly recommended!!

I expected more.

For this price the truth is that I expected more surprising results. I don't notice any positive difference between using it and not using it, I think my hair looks better if I don't use it, and that's why right now it's collecting dust in a drawer.Keep in mind that my hair is bleached and colored, but despite that it is very healthy.I think the problem is that this product contains protein and my hair is low porosity, so protein just doesn't do my hair any good and makes it look worse. If your hair is high porosity (if you stick a hair strand in a glass of water and your hair sinks) then this product might be worth it for you.

avarage quality product, smells good. good size.packaged well.be very generous when sprying to cover all your hair. a little doesn't go a long way.helps reduce the frizz.I always combine it with another moisturizer, as it doesn't do the job alone

Smells great and adds shine

It's basically just a leave-in conditioner, nothing fancy. Don't expect a miracle as far as hair repair goes though. I found I only had to spray a moderate amount. Using too much makes my hair feel greasy. Also, I found it was better to use a conditioner that I rinse out before applying this. When I used this on its own, my hair was too tangly.

good stuff if you ever get it

I've ordered this twice. first time it came without a cap and only 4 oz of product, the rest had leaked out all over the place. I took it to Walmart for a refund and they said they couldn't do it!I order the second one because I like the product. The second one was an empty envelope with no product at all, just an envelope! tried to contact them for a refund / replacement and all they want is a return. really? You want me to return an empty envelope? I want my money back! for both of them!!!

I haven’t noticed any smell. I don’t like how crispy and hard it makes my hair after just a few sprays on damp hair. I tried it again to spray it throughout my hair and rinse it off completely. It turns out way better than spraying it on and leave it to dry. I’ll be doing it this way though the whole bottle.
