I will never purchase from this company again . They say a full refund. But want to take a restocking fee of $40 and a $20 pickUp charge. Doesn’t give a full refund back! Not happy and would not recommend them

Works great but the cord cutter shattered due to flimsy plastic but store refunded reasonable amount also had slight fuel leak from hosing but fixed easily

The arm was starting to bend n weaken from first use.it has done 2 hours tops of easy work. it seems to be made of some soft alloy type material and has broken.I have lodged a warrantee claim, and they have offered to replace the arm or reach another resolution if they cant.I will update this review when i receive the replacement part.

I wouldn't recommend this trimmer the disc doesn't tighten it wobbles and the 3 spikes broke off another attachment in its first use lodging one in my sons foot through his work boots resulting in a hospital visit very unimpressed

Finally put it together and the pull start doesn’t turn the engine. Trying to contact MyDeal but their password reset doesn’t work. All together the worst online purchase experience I have had.

Best Brushcutter EVER!

I got this brushcutter because I was sick to death of my old one which doesn't cut very well even when you put new strings on it and would take forever to do the jobThis brushcutter is the best one I've ever used and it is INSANELY powerful! First time me and my Grandfather tried this brush cutter we tried cutting some long grass with just the wire trimmers and this thing made short work of the long grass and cut through the long grass in seconds like it was nothingMy Grandfather tried it again the next day with some grass against the fence and he said to me "F**k.. That thing is powerful! It's just ripping dirt and grass out out of the ground!" Whilst laughing.. When I tried it with one of the metal blades it came with it made the brushcutter vibrate alot and the trick when using the metal blades with this is to hold the accelerator for a couple seconds and then let go for a couple seconds and then repeat.. Just keep the blade spinning..Don't hold the accelerator down in this case when using the metal blades because it will make your hands hurt (Especially if you hold on tight) since it's so powerful.. Made my left thumb and right index finger hurt whenever I tried this a few times.. I remember my hands went numb for abit because of the vibrationsSo yeah.. It's an insanely powerful brushcutter that cuts through grass like nothing but be careful and when using the metal blades with it since the brushcutter will vibrate alot more than when it has the wire trimmers..So again.. Hold the accelerator for a couple seconds and then let go for a couple seconds and then repeat.. I know I said this already but this is VERY IMPORTANT to remember!Oh and another word of adive.. DO NOT use this thing without wearing earmuffs (Thankfully the brushcutter does come with earmuffs).. It has a noise level of 112 decibels so it is F**CKIN' LOUD!!! DEAFENING UP CLOSE!!!But is this brushcutter worth the money? Yes! It's the best I've ever used! But it is NOT a toy! NOR a joke! It's a heavy duty monster that takes care of business! And does it VERY well! Look after it and treat it well and it'll look after your brushcutting needs! Worth every bit of money!

Easily assembled. Came with more attachments than expected. Very nice solid unit and easy to start. Know where to come for next one.

Cheap and nasty

Just opened - only runs on full choke - used for an hour , handle made of thin aluminium tubing , slightly bent already jut by normal brush cutting - recommendation do not buy

Simply Excellent!

My husband used it as soon as it arrived and he reminded me of Rambo LOL! He absolutely loves the way it handles and its clean clear cut (the whipper snipper bit) - he has yet to use all the blades. Will keep you posted.

Pros, when it was working it worked pretty well. Cons, took a lot to start it and then it would only work with a choke on even when the motor was worn. After just two tanks of petrol, when I tried to start it the starting mechanism stop working and the Rope we just pool without connecting to the motor. When I then removed the starting mechanism and using electric motor to try and start it, it just wouldnt start. Eventually I removed the carburettor and found the main gasket which attaches to The motor was worn right out. Resolve that issue and put it back together, but it still wouldnt work. Too expensive to return it, so I touch the electric drill to it to make it into an electric whippersnapper.
