i have been using this oil before bed on my hair for two weeks and my split ends are vanishing. i wish i took a picture of before and after my hair but honestly it keeps my hair so soft and smelling so good too. i would say too heavy for morning use, but great for over night. i like to plait my hair with it in and in the morning my curls are held and smell great and feel so soft. my hair feels thicker and healthier :) i love it and will rebuy!
