This mug keeps my coffee hot and most surprising given its slim trim appearance and feather light weight meets/exceeds the capacity of my previous mug which was a good 33% larger and much heavier. My initial purchase was heavily influenced by this mug's engineering and carefully thought out functionality and it has not disappointed in any way. It is a great mug and I really like it!

I like the locking mechanism and the opening process as it's easy to do without looking while driving. Good amount of liquid in a bottle that fits in my cars cup holders. It's only a couple of ounces less in volume than the plastic bottle it replaces, but it weighs 2.5 ounces less than the plastic bottle. A good trade-off to my mind, since it's much better for the environment.

After doing some research I came to the conclusion that this was the best thermos money could buy. I was looking at YETI and Contigo as other options. Then I came across this awesome youtube video that showcased the Zojirushi against those other two products. Zojirushi has FAR better temperature retention and that's what sold it for me. I am ridiculously impressed with how long my tea stays hot in this thing. 12+ hours easy and your beverage will still be very hot. I've made tea at night now multiple times, woke up the next morning and the beverage is still just as burning hot, no joke. At lunchtime, it's still hot. This mug is absolutely amazing. Best thing i've bought in a while :D

That’s how much I love this product. The only downside is they don’t come in a bigger size than a 20 oz so I have to fill up 3 of them and put them by my bedside at night to last me through the night. I’m not saying I don’t get up a lot. But this is from 8:00 pm to 5:30 am. Though at 5:30 am all the water is gone and I’m up again getting filling the bottles but during the day it’s another story. I might have a cup of coffee in my 12 oz one. So these are very versatile and my oldest one is 10 yrs old still love it
I find this mug thermos to be a great product. It keeps my water cold, even w/o ice cubes. And this is in Florida heat playing tennis at 94°. This is my 2nd one. My other one I had for 5 years(about). I had dropped it, several times, but it did not deter it from working. I bought a new one because I wanted a new one and love the red color.In fact bought 2. The other is a goldstone. Use the red for tennis and the gold for the house.Excellent product.

Since being given one of your mugs a couple of years ago, I have raved about them to all who would listen and thrown out all other travel mugs/thermos.This year I put my money where my mouth is, and gave them as presents to my friends (plus another one for me!) Beautiful colors and so secure I can throw it in my bag without worrying about spills. Also extremely effective, I can make my morning tea before bedtime, and enjoy it without leaving my bed in the morning! Heaven when my other half is traveling!
Love this mug! I have 1, and my mom admired it and liked how light it is, so I got her one for her birthday! I love how it’s all one piece, so when you drink from it you leave the lid on, nothing gets misplaced. This mug keeps things hot or cold, and the outside remains at room temperature. I also love that there is a lock on it, to prevent leaks! I’ve had mine for a few years now, and I’ve never had it leak. A little spendy, and worth every cent!
