Zinus Curtis Bed Base Upholstered Bed Frame Navy Fabric (Single Size)

Gorgeously designed bed - very comfortable and well thought out. Instructions are clear with markings on each piece that line up with the adjoining piece for construction - also includes a ratchet style Allen key, but would recommend a two person set up. It's been through two moves already and is just as sturdy as the day I got it. The black metal is very well coated and the headboard is good for storing small items.

Could not be happier! Great price, exceptionally informative product page (both in written info and of photos), super easy payment process, fantastic set up for tracking, was delivered within a day and a half from purchase, was able to put it together by myself in under an hour.Looks fantastic and looks exactly how it is shown on the website. It is a very sturdy construction. I purchased a Queen size and for some reason it deceivingly looked like it was going to be too small for my new Queen size mattress, but once assembled it was absolutely perfect. Will be very happy to recommend and purchase from Temple & Webster again as well as Zinus.Thank you so much for a fantastic experience and a marvelous product.

Bed base seems sturdy. Only had 1.5weeks but no issues to this point. Pretty silent, no squeaks when moving around. Material is nice and the colour will suit most bedrooms. Was very easy and quick to assemble. Did it by myself no worries. No issues assembling or sleeping on. Great price and well worth it.

I love my bed, I actually added curtains as well to it which was easy to do but even without curtains it looks stunning. My uncle and brother did the assembly and they said it wasn't too hard, it takes a fair bit of time but considering it was my brother's first time assembling furniture as well it wasn't too bad the process and the end result is gorgeous. I would recommend at least 2 people to do the assembly and to carry the parts if you have stairs because the parts were heavy. I bought a new mattress from temple and Webster as well which is the cloud 5 memory foam mattress which is one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on and I also bought a mattress protector from temple and Webster and everything just goes really well together . The bed doesn't even squeak really which I was worried about because I toss and turn a fair amount and people warned me about metal beds but this bed is exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend enough this bed frame and so many other things from temple and Webster, every purchase I have made has been just fabulous. The shipping was pretty quick despite us living in covid 19 times. And it's such a good price and worth it!

Good Spare Bed

This thing is as cheaply made as can be. Think fabric covered plastic with maybe some reconstituted wood (glued and sawdust) somewhere. We are older and will be using it in a spare room for guests that shouldn't be jumping up and down on it so it should be ok. If you have kids though I would think twice about it, I don't think it's made to last. Style over substance, a good old metal frame will give you decades of thoughtless service, this will not.

Great product super easy to install and set up

I love how it was so easy to assemble. it only took me about 20 minutes to put all of the pieces together. I'm glad it did not come in too many pieces. It was also great how all of the hardware pieces and screws were already pre-assembled in it's correct places and I just had to loosen it to attach the attachments. It's sturdy and beautiful, just like how it is pictured.

Nice frame for the money

Well made product. Easy to assemble and tools provided that are needed. Had one screw that was really hard to adjust, but was able to get it with a little work. Looks pretty good too and don't need a bed skirt. Overall for the price very satisfied. Only negative is the legs feel a bit cheap and are hollow plastic.

Not as solid as expected

This bed looks good and easy to assemble. At first sight, it looks solid and sturdy, but once you sleep on it, you realize how bouncy it is. I got the king size and there is no support on the long sides of the bed. When someone gets in bed, the long side bend a bit and bounce back. It will probably work for a twin bed and one person, but not for a king size and 2 persons sleeping on it. Every movement disturbs my sleep. Unfortunately, I will have to return it and go through this hassle of taking apart, repacking and bringing to store. I really wanted to like it. I might try to add supporting legs first.

Sturdy and Comfortable

We are very happy with this Zinus Curtis Essential Upholstered Platform Bed Frame. All the parts were included and in perfect condition, completely flaw free. Tools for assembly & easy to follow instructions were included. It took one adult and one teen approximately 15 minutes to assemble it quickly and without frustration. The wooden slats are full width of the frame and strong Velcro holds them firmly in place. I really like the two adhesive strips they put on slats near each end for holding your mattress in place, they weren’t expected, but they do a great job at keeping your mattress from shifting off the bed frame during movement. Another great feature is the leg height being 7 inches, providing enough under bed space for lots of storage. We placed a Zinus mattress on it and my teen has slept comfortably on this for approximately 10 days with no loss of support, squeaks or other issues. It's quite attractive in a minimalist style that sleek and modern. This product has met and exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

Stylish, great quality and sturdy platform bed

Very good quality with upholstered frame. No noise when getting in or out of bed. Definitely need 2 people to assemble. It does not say in directions but you need to loosen the bolts for the latch on side railes to slide on then tighten the bolts in place. Love the way the platform slats just unfold to then lay them down, super easy and sturdy. Love this modern frame. I got light gray goes with anything.
