I used these to secure 19x42mm battens on poles. All carefully pre-drilled. Every second day I saw a batten falls (8 out of 27 so far and I expect to see more). These scews snap by themselves like rice crackers. I use to be a mechanic and know how to handle tools and torque. They will either get returned or go to the bin.

Galvanised countersunk screws are perfect for constructing garden shed from H3 pine. Getting through all 500 in the pack Philips head drill bit broke before any screws broke.

I bought them a while ago and does the job. Very strong screws at the length I needed. Good value in a large container. They’ll last me a while but will buy again when required.
i bought this because i ran out after 3 of the 50 screw packets, (only made it half way with a all around workshop bench) and finally gave in to the need for a jumbo size. while there's a lot, these screws are able to grip well into wood after a little pre-drill, wont slip as easily and suit the joining of mostly all pine framing wood sizes at bunnings. so if you are thinking of building benches to largish frames, this would be the length that is perfect for the impact driver to screw in, any shorter and you risk a weak hold, any longer and you risk the screw slipping half way. so for the specific purpose its used for, and if your a diy with an impact driver or not so powerful drill in hand, these would be the perfect ones.
