Yamazaki Tower Under Shelf Spice Rack

Kind of a fun little product. It adds storage where I needed it in a small kitchen space.

I bought this intending to hang it below my spice cabinet and use it for my most commonly used spices. Unfortunately, this is not suited to hang below cabinets ... it just won’t fit. I’m going to be returning this item.

This looks great in my kitchen, is very sturdy and was exactly what I was needing. It looks really good under the cabinet. Was a great choice.

I'm a big fan of making kitchen ingredients easy to find and use. Spices should stay away from light and heat so I won't put it 'inside' the kitchen, but I love it for making extra space inside the pantry or specialty salts (which are not heat/light sensitive.) Well made! Sturdy! Beautiful!

Clever, Clean, Accessible Storage

I love this little spice rack! The tray portion is both deep and wide enough to accommodate any number of incidental kitchen items. I am sure it would be great for spices ... I use mine to hold my ceramic pour-over coffee funnel, as well as a tiny mortar and pestle and a little container of salt.The depth of the "hooks" that connect to the shelf above is more than adequate to support any reasonable amount of weight you might place on this. I am sure you could hang ceramic cups or something else off of the wooden rod without risking it coming apart in any way. The gap in the openings are approx 1" high, so they should fit most shelves without any trouble. Mine happen to be unusually narrow, so I used a little shim to ensure the tray portion would sit level -- there ... MoreI love this little spice rack! Mine happen to be unusually narrow, so I used a little shim to ensure the tray portion would sit level -- there is no question that it is a wiser design to ensure that it is wide enough to be adjusted for your shelf than too narrow to be applicable.The wooden dowel does not seem to remove, so that limits some utility (like hanging coffee mugs with a closed handle) but it also makes it very sturdy.This is a great little space-maximizer for my small NYC kitchen, the craftsmanship is what you would expect from Yamazaki Home (that is: excellent) and I am absolutely delighted by it!

I actually used this INSIDE

I actually used this INSIDE my cabinets on the first shelf (not outside underneath as advertised). I bought 2 of them, to organize my spices in one cabinet and coffee in the other. It has a non-slip material on the shelf. It is absolutely wonderful! Definitely cleaned up my cabinets allowing more space and the ability to find things better.

Serves us well for placing Knick knacks

We put this under a laundry room shelf and put things from out pants pockets that would otherwise get easily lost or accidentally washed.

Works Great

This rack fits perfectly under my kitchen cabinets and I use it to store salt, sugar, pepper and chili. It looks nice and clean and keeps things right at your fingertips when cooking or prepping. Make sure you measure the length of the arms as well as the height between the two top bars to ensure it fits your cabinet thickness. I used this rack along with Yamazaki's salt and sugar containers and they fit just right leaving excess space leftover for a couple other items. Definitely recommend.
