I just bought it to jumpstart my piano journey, so I don't have the experts eye on this, but for me, the quality seems to be pretty good. There are no damages on the outside. The packaging is also very good (ika nga mas mahirap buksan mas maganda hahaha). My one gripe, tho it's that the instruction pamphlet is not in English (it's in Chinese), I had to look up the translated one online.Overall, I'm quite satisfied ๐If I ever find any issues that I somehow overlooked, I'll update my review.

The Yamaha PSR-E373 lives up to the hype as the best "Learn to play" keyboard under $300. It piano voices are based on top of the line Yamaha acoustic pianos. The PSR-E373 has touch sensitive keys, which are essential for the serious student. Touch are what takes this keyboard out of the toy piano group and makes it a student keyboard. The Yamaha PSR-E373 includes an entire program of self instruction and there was a coupon in the box for three months of online lessons. In addition to the onboard speakers, there is an output jack for an amplifier or headphones. I recommend getting a good pair of headphones to so your family can't hear you when you practice and you can't hear them. You can amplify your music when you get better at playing. I like it. The manual doesn't make it easy to find simple things. Very complex features but manual only describes them and doesn't really explain how they are intended to be used. I can't figure out why I would use some of them. Nice to have additional instruments, but manual does give enough detail on how to incorporate them into a song. Recommend training video to show intent of all the complex features. Headphones are good for practice silently to others. Foot pedal is good idea, but does not persist like a piano does. Depending on what a friend is trying to do would determine whether I'd recommend it to them.

I got this for my 14 year old son for Christmas and he really likes it. He enjoys the hundreds of preset sounds. They are very realistic and professional sounding. The touch sensitive keys are great and perform as expected. It's easy to learn and operate. My son spends hours on it experimenting. If looking for a good beginner/mid-level keyboard, I recommend this one.
Love the ease of use and flexibility. It has tons of onboard sounds which ARE VERY REALISTIC AND GREAT.The sounds and sound quality are super great.A all-in-one music workstation to do all live or studio performances.I would have been happy if it had a microphone input so i can sing with the pieces i create.Super Great Keyboard
As a keyboard for piano, electric piano, strings, and organ, you can't beat it for the price. The DSP effects like chorus and reverb are nice too...I wish they had dedicated controls, but you can only get so much for the price. The keybed feels good and they keys are quiet. Saving your presets is great, but it would be nice to have more than 9.The learning features are good too, but they can be kind of confusing to navigate.cons:If you want to use it as a midi controller on iOS, it can be a bit finicky...where the sustain pedal requires workarounds for some apps. There's also some confusing issue with the output being routed back through the keyboard speakers instead of being able to use the iOS devices' sound output, but this could be a setup issue that Yamaha ...ย MoreAs a keyboard for piano, electric piano, strings, and organ, you can't beat it for the price. A very nice keyboard from a world class company Yamaha. My children enjoy playing their lessons in this great keyboard. Touch sensitive response is an added advantage in this model. I purchased it along with the double brace stand and 2 years warranty at Best Buy Sherway location. Associate Alan in the shop was very helpful during the purchase.
This keyboard is easily portable due to its size and weight though it plays like the real thing. We bought it to use in our motorhome while traveling and it works out great for that. One thing that is really nice is the ability to run on batteries and output to headphones or a larger speaker depending on what you are going for at the time. I highly recommend this model over the others. #sweepstakes
Great practice keyboard. We also use it as a "midi" to input to our Focusrite. We were replacing our Yamaha we 'd had for almost 40 years. We appreciated the help from Sam Ash in finding the right keyboard. We had purchased and returned another brand even though it had great tone - the touch was just too stiff - had a couple of other keyboard professionals test it and they agreed. The Yamaha has a nice touch and feel and the sound is fine for what we do. Sam Ash didn't try to oversell us a product with bells and whistles we didn't need - and getting the Yamaha on sale was a nice plus.
I'm still getting used to the keyboard. So many sounds it takes a while to get to know them. Many are useable and of high quality, some are not for me but that's to be expected. I will use it for home recording using my limited keyboard skills to create tracks on my computer.Wish it had a pitch bender control, the inbuilt effects are nice to have but there is no control over the parameters as far as I can tell. The thin plastic construction does not give me confidence to regularly use it as a portable keyboard.
