Wireless Controller Xbox Astral Purple

I like how quickly the controller arrived, but what I didn't like was the fact that I got a used product in which the warranty expired in January of this year on something that I bought BRAND NEW. Upon opening the box it was clear that the controller had been used before as it was dropped on something tan scuffing up the paint on right side of it a bit, I'm beyond disappointed in Walmart.Controller works for now, I've tested every button for function and both analogs for any stick drift and so far nothing to report but knowing that I have an out-of-warranty controller leaves a bitter taste in one's mouth, makes me regret not buying directly from Microsoft, as I ordered plenty of controllers from them, and no opened boxes, no scuffs or scratches on a brand new ... MoreI like how quickly the controller arrived, but what I didn't like was the fact that I got a used product in which the warranty expired in January of this year on something that I bought BRAND NEW. If you buy from a big box store immediately check the serial, see when it was made, and if your warranty is current or expired that way you can decide if you want to keep it or send it back for a refund. A GREAT PURCHASE

Ive had this Controller for the Past Month now, Ive Also been working a lot so I wasn't able to write a review so I will now... I Brought the Shock Blue Controller back in 2021 for the Original price so I already had an idea how Great it was. BUT since that time because of Gaming I guess, my LEFT drum stick got loose so when Id game My characters would AWALYS drift & AFTER a while it got VERY ANNOYING! Absolute garbage

These controllers are complete garbage! Xbox only has a 90 day warranty and this the 4th controller I have bought in the last 2 years that has broken just after the 90 days! I don’t play everyday and I am very careful with my controllers, so it is not operator error. I have purchased the extended warranty from Walmart on the last two controllers and getting them to honor the warranty is impossible. So, Xbox builds junk meant to break shortly after the extremely short warranty period then Walmart sells you a useless extended warranty through Allstate/SquareTrade. Walmart does not handle the warranties at all so be prepared to only deal with SquareTrade. Conveniently Walmart will only replace the item for the first 90 days as well. All wireless xbox controllers use batteries, where that be a rechargeable one you can buy with the long charging cable (included in pack plug and play available everywhere incl mightyape) or replaceable batteries. This is blue tooth technology. The buyer did not understand what he was purchasing. If he wanted a wired controller that does not take batteries that he could plug into his PC (this is not that)An xbox user will know what these controllers are and know what they are buying as every single xbox wireless controller works the way I've described. Obviously wired controllers can be purchased. Best Regular Xbox Controller to Date!

Best regular Xbox controller on the market right now. I had one of the Elite controllers previously and honestly wasn’t really a fan of that one, so I have to say this feels like the nicest controller Microsoft has delivered so far. I’ve noticed both sticking trigger buttons and broken bumper buttons tends to be an issue with the general controller design MS uses, and it was an issue on the older Xbox One X controllers too, so that’s a bit of a bummer to see the new ones continuing to utilize that same general design internally.I have both the Xbox Series X and the PS5 - One thing I will say is that I prefer the size/shape ergonomics of the Xbox controller a bit more in terms of comfort after longer gaming sessions, but the Sony controllers definitely feel more premium and have greater functionality, which to me helps justify the price in my mind more. The Xbox controllers are quite expensive, and given how many I have gone through over the years it is a little frustrating to either need to repair or replace them as often as they’ve needed so far. We’ll see if the latest gen Xbox controllers hold up any better, but I’ve had my PS5 as long as my series X and my PS5 controllers are still running solid as a tank… but this is already my 2nd Xbox controller in 10 months. :(

The Xbox One controller Stellar Shift Edition is a stellar addition to the gaming experience. The sleek design, featuring a captivating cosmic theme, instantly stands out. The controller's ergonomic shape ensures comfortable gameplay for hours on end. The responsive buttons and precise analog sticks contribute to smooth and accurate controls. It's SO Beautiful!

Gorgeous controller! First of all, purple is my favorite color, and this certainly delivers on that royal-purple beauteousness. The shift between the cobalt blue and purple is sublime! I'm a "sloot" for all things space- and galaxy-themed, or anything with a color scheme reminiscent of space/galaxies, so this was right up my alley. My one criticism of the controller is that the swirly purple and black, rubberized grips on the side don't 'quite' complement the metallic shift of the main cover, like the hue of purple is too far toward the medium lavender range of purple, compared to the rich, royal purple of the main cover, but it's still nice. It's a standard form factor for XBox controllers, by the way, so it's obviously comfortable to hold, even for those ... MoreGorgeous controller! I've bought 3 replacement Microsoft Xbox series s/x Controllers since buying my Xbox Series X. Every Controller sooner or later had the same problem! The left joystick would drift upwards. I found out that when you buy a Microsoft Branded Controller via a 3rd party retailer (Walmart) the warranty goes into effect when WALMART purchased the Controller NOT when you purchase it from Walmart. Microsoft gave me an incredibly hard time trying to get them to honor the warranty! I spent hours on the phone with them and sent numerous copies of my Walmart receipt in multiple formats. I dont usually post reviews, but Microsoft definitely earned a 1 star bad review! I will start this by saying I have bought 5 Shock Blue controllers thru various retailers since it released and they all seem to have Quality issues.The first one lasted about 6 months then stick drift.The second and third had buttons that would not make consistent contact with the pad on the mother boardwhich caused non registered button presses.The forth one was sent used to me, instant return.Changed my mind on this one and sent it back.I love the shock blue color, just don't understand the issues with the manufacturing and QC.Reported to Microsoft about the issues.So if you do buy this one keep the box and receipt and if you have the same issues just contact Microsoft who can repair or replace. Waste of Money Imitation Xbox X/S Controller

Thought I was getting the controller that is the pic an actual Xbox X/S controller instead I got imitation. The on and off button on the controller is a house. The controller will not pair with my game. If I wanted to use a cord to connect my game I would have brought a corded controller not a wireless one.It want even do the firmware update when it is hooked up by the cord so therefore I can not use it. A mess!That is money that is gone down the drain. Then after trying see what was wrong with it I found out it did not come from the Walmart store it came from a seller on the Walmart site. Another Mess! So please be care when buying these type of products.
