Great breadknife. An absolute must.
I have used it all the time beyond cutting bread: peeling pineapple, cutting tomatoes, cutting all kinds of fruit with hard or tough peel.
This is a good knife, works well. I tried an inexpensive bread knife because I seldom use one but it didn't work as well as paring knife. This one slices bread with a good clean cut.

I have had Wusthof for over 15 years and am looking for some for family. They do not know the joy of using them. My daughter-in-law said to me in total surprise,,"This knife is sharp."Also, they are easy to sharpen.

Fantastic to cut bread, but also a versatile knife. Cuts roasts effortlessly.
Not as good as I expected. Unlike the rest of my wustof ikon knives and like my scanpan bread knife the blade isn't solid and sturdy it's quite flexible. It still does its job but it's not what I expected.
