Great product and price. I regularly buy this milk. It's a great price and tastes and bakes with, as good as any other brand, with a much better price! It's usually always available and easy to find. The only negative I have (which is not just from this purchase) is that often the use by date is only 3-5 days away. It often is the case that all Lite milk (and other Woolies branded milk) cartons have the same date. Milk might not get used in that time in my house. It does stop me purchasing sometimes, and I will purchase elsewhere so I don't have to throw it out if it expires unused.

Fridge Essential. This is a regular purchase for me. I much prefer a light milk over the full cream milk of yesteryear It doesn't weigh you down with creaminess and has a delish milky taste without the after-taste. With 60% less fat than WW full cream milk, you're doing your body a favour buying this milk instead I use this wherever milk can be used like in drinks, cakes, puddings, desserts, sauces etc It also makes a delish creamy froth in my coffee machine Thanks so much for my sample and I will continue to buy and recommend it. I've already converted a number of people to this milk and they now buy it as well

Great milk - great price. I always buy the Woollies Lite milk - usually the UHT version. It's great milk and a good price when you are on a budget. I have cereal each morning so that's mostly where I have it. I do have milk in my tea/coffee etc but always have a full cream UHT on hand for that (Woollies one of course). Due to living on my own is the main reason I buy the 1L UHT but when the kids lived at home I would buy these 2L ones as we'd go through milk much faster. This milk - as you'd expect - is a product of Australia. It's a 5 star health rating and both bottle & cap are recyclable. I do recommend this milk - as stated the only reason I don't buy this 2L version any more is due to living alone (I worry if I don't finish it fast enough some will go off) but ...Ā MoreGreat milk - great price. My usual brekkie - before I put the milk in the cereal

The white stuff. Everyone in my house drinks a different type of milk due to age and health reasons. Of late I have switched from lite to full cream for my son as he's more inclined to drink it. But I used to buy this milk all the time. He'll drink this one now that I have it. I'll use it in cooking, drinking, coffee and for smoothies. I can't comment on flavour differences between this milk and more expensive milks as I don't buy them. This milk tastes like milk and it's fine!Perfectly fine to buy brand milks and perhaps (?) have more of the price you pay go back to the dairy farmers. Not everyone can afford that though. The only gripe I've had of late about milk at Woolies is the number of bottles with only a few days left before expiry. Usual milk so I'll buy ...Ā MoreThe white stuff. Bulk Buy Milk. Bought this recently as it was reduced due to being close to best before date. We usually buy 4L a week anyway and we had 5 days to use this milk before the use by date. We don’t usually buy 3L bottles because of the issue of the milk starting to go off once the bottle is opened but I didn’t want this bottle to go to waste so I bought it. There were quite a few of these bottles marked down so maybe the demand for them isn’t that high. I like the design of the bottle which is as narrow as a 2L bottle just longer so it still fits easily in the fridge door. The image of Australia on the labelling draws you in as does the cow. Drought Relief Milk is emblazoned at the top of the label so you feel you are doing a good thing for the farmers. The milk was ...Ā MoreBulk Buy Milk. Would buy this again if marked down as we would get through it quick enough in our household.

Slim line milk. Its an OK product if you are on a budget for your dairy - It does taste ok and is best used for meals like breakfast oats and so on. I also used it with Optifast sachets to keep the calories down big time. But as a dairy product for the health conscious I prefer the heart smart milks, the protein enriched milks etc. For my money its too watery to make a good coffee with although it is passable for a cup of tea. I'd only buy it again if I was seriously watching calories and needed milk for Optifast sachets. I really do prefer the big name brands for smart milks. Thanks

Best value, great quality, healthy milk. Thanks again woolworths Bunch for this great product. My family has been buying & enjoying this milk for years & never had any problems with it. It is always fresh & healthy & a convenient size & package for us. It also has a long expiry date which suits us. We love the taste & the fact that it is better for our health with less fat but still seems to have plenty of calcium. We use it in a variety of ways whenever milk is required. It works well in all recipes as well as with cereal, hot drinks or just on it's own with meals like my family has it. Great that part of the proceeds of this product goes directly to farmers to provide drought relief, which is as it should be, but does not mention how much this is or how it is ...Ā MoreBest value, great quality, healthy milk. Lite on cost and a healthy flavour. Was great to receive a sample that is a regular purchase for me. There are so many varieties of milk and part from buying almond now and again I am very pleased with this home brand healthy milk. Plenty available when I collected it and for the budget price of around $3 for two litres it is economical and convenient. The use buy date gives you a couple of weeks to use it but if for family I’m sure all you need is couple of days. Thought the packaging was satisfactory and can’t go wrong with a 5 health star rating and a product of Australia. Can always find a use for the container when finished as well.. I understand some of you may prefer full cream but if your watching your weight and enjoy the taste of lite milk but I might add ...Ā MoreLite on cost and a healthy flavour. Excellent milk - would like better labelling/information. Nice milk, I buy it all the time. I find there’s usually stock with a long expiry date available in store. I drink it straight, to make coffee or in cooking. I much prefer lite milk to full cream or skim, but I think this is a personal preference think. I would like the packaging to be more clear about whether the product contains/is made from permeate. I couldn’t see this written on the label. I don’t actually know the difference between ā€˜permeate free’ and ā€˜no added permeate’ but couldn’t see any info on the product. I know back in 2012 Woolworths stopped putting permeate in milk but wondered if this has changed as I couldn’t find info online or on the bottle. I would also like to see clearer info on the ā€˜drought relief’ program on the pack or a QR code to find out more. I believe this scheme will stop in June this year. I still want to see farmers being paid a fair price for milk so we don’t lose our dairy industry and end up relying on imported milk in the future, even though we’re not in drought at the moment. If Woolworths had webpage on ā€˜our milk’ with a QR on the pack, this might make it easier to find out more about both permeate and how a fair price for farmers is ensured - sorry if this already exists but I couldn’t find it.

Easiest 5 Star Review I've Done. This is the exact milk I already buy so it was nice to be able to sample it again for free. Incredibly easy to find it in store with the other milk and at $3. 10 it's the cheapest lite milk available so it's the best value for money. I find no difference between the taste of this milk and lite milk from more expensive brands. Great taste and healthier than full cream milk. It's a nice in between of having the flavour of the full cream but the health qualities of a skim milk. I use this milk for everything: cereal, hot drinks, baking, drinking on it's own. I love this milk. I will definitely buy it again and recommend it to everyone.
