I have used Gamblin oil paints for years, but have been replenishing my stock with Windsor and Newton, which I find superior (and Gamblin is great). If course, this is all opinion, but I find w/n to have the perfect consistency and covering power straight from the tube. I have found that whatever the medium, be it watercolor, oil or acrylic, Windsor and Newton products have never left me wishing I had bought some other brand instead. Even their student grade paints are as good or better than many other bro brands I have used.

Everyone told me to stay away from the aftermarket pulleys so I did and opted for a genuine bobcat part. The pulley came sealed in the original manufactures box and is exactly what I ordered. Its better quality than the aftermarket made pulleys and overall seems like a much better manufactured component. Installation was a breeze and I highly recommend spending the extra $100 or so to go with the original OEM product.

Paint is creamy, rich in pigment and does what I want it to do. I need colours that will cover over dark, retaining their colour and vibrancy when dry and these fit the bill.

I'm not sure about the future of Cadmium Reds in Windsor and Newton "Artist" brands. I think they are dropping it, but I sure enjoyed being able to find some in Opus. I believe the quality to be very good.
Winsor & Newton Oils, 200mL, large variety of oil paint colors. Great quality, wonderful consistency, true to color titles and brightness. Great for intermediate and professional artist works on canvas.
Winsor and Newton Flake white hue is almost like authentic lead white with its ropey stringy and semi transparent quality. When used thickly, It tholds expressive brush marks and small peaks and curls. Compared to gamblins lead white hue, I find W and N a bit lighter and a bit more transparent which is necessary when working thinly.
