i have fine, low density, high porosity 2b-2c wavy/curly hair. if you have a similar hair type, you need this comb. like the wet brush, it gently detangles with minimal damage. i section my hair, dab a pea-sized amount of mane choice 3-in-1 detangling cream in my palm, mix with a little water, and use this comb to gently work it through my hair. the result is less fall-out and fewer split ends!
