WD-40 is an all-purpose liquid for displacing moisture, corrosion control, lubrication, cleaning and penetration. It has the ability to penetrate the minute grain boundaries on all metals. Although not essentially a lubricant, WD-40 is regularly used to lubricate all light machinery and electrical equipment. Protects metal from rust and corrosion, penetrates stuck or jammed parts, displaces moisture and lubricates just about anything. It is also great when it comes to cleaning grease, grime and other marks from most surfaces. WD-40 is a mixture of chemical concentrates suspended in a high-grade petroleum distillate. It will not affect fabrics, rubbers or plastics. Its working temperature is between -100Β°F and +500Β°F. Thoroughly recommended to clean, preserve and protect all tools. Supplied as a Flexible Straw Aerosol, it provides access to the most difficult spots that require a precise application. The flexible 18cm straw can be folded and maintain its shape whilst in use.

I confess, not been a great fan of WD's straw system in the past, they've been vulnerable to workshop accidents. But this one, with a metal flexi straw appeals - I do a lot of work on motorbikes & garden machinery, & this should help with getting to some awkward places.

WOW ! It's a few years since I last bought WD40. It was supplied with a red plastic tube to push into the nozzle, which either fell off in my cupboard or got lost all together. WOW ! The new design is just BRILLIANT ! A spray nozzle and a flip up long reach tube combined ! What a BRILLIANT design, and SO simple. I've been using WD40 for over 50 years - this design is the BEST. WELL DONE , whoever makes the stuff !

WD-40 with a flexible straw, no more losing the little red plastic tube! Now, you can get to those awkward places just by bending the straw. A great addition to the workshop shelf!

This is really handy with the flexible metal pipe you can get in really difficult places, no more spraying from a distance and hoping that you hit the right spot. The flexible pipe is also permanently connected so no more hunting for the little red straw. The other handy thing is that you can tilt the straw down and it works as a normal spray. Very handy.
Handy flexible metal straw reaches parts others can't and saves money too. You can bend this straw into whatever shape you want and it retains it, so you apply the spray exactly where you want it and don't waste a lot randomly flooding an area around the target. Big improvement.
WD-40 has been in my life for longer than I remember. My old man used it to fix my squeaky toys as a child, now I use it to make pretty much everything silky smooth. The flexible hose is a fantastic addition, specially compared to the fixed straw nozzles of past. You can now aim the spray at exactly where you want it, as opposed to the general area, making things a fair bit cleaner.
Iβve bought many tins of WD40 inmy engineering and DIY life. EVERY tin bought with the old push in plastic nozzle pipe has accidentally lost the pipe and ended up almost useless. So when you ponder whether to go for the cheaper tin with the pish in straw nozzle- Donβt!Spend the extra and get this version with the fixed nozzle spout which is much stronger and will still be present to use the full tin of liquid.Spraying without a nozzle just wastes liquid and contaminates a large area. You need the nozzle to focus only on the target you are trying to lubricate or penetrate.A lost nozzle means you never use the full tin contents therefore wasting money.
Tremendous flexible metal straw for accurately guiding the spray exactly where you want it. The straw is well fixed to the head of the can and unlikely to fall off.No need to talk about the well known lubricant as it's as good as always.
The 'must have' spray is now even more useful in the garage and around the house. Thousands of uses, from squeaky hinges to old British bikes. With a choice of flexible hose or wide spray the annoying little red straw is gone.
Phone technology seems to have slowed right down in the last few years, a slightly larger screen here, a few more megapixels there. The same absolutely cannot be said with WD40 straw technology. From the humble beginnings of the standard thin red straw, to the flip straw, to this 'go anywhere' bendy straw powerhouse. I feel I can unseize anything with this flexible colossus. I can barely wait to the 2022 Adhesive & Lubricants Summit to see where the boys go next with this. Wow. Just wow.
