I was delivered the wrong product even after being charged an additional amount on top of the product price that I actually ordered. This company also refused a return and declined a refund. Never trust this supplier particularly if they offer to change the product on one or other pretext. The delivery tracker never worked, they do not have a contactable phone number so appears to be hiding from the customers. It was a very dodgy experience and I will never buy a product from this company in the future. They advertised and accepted the booking for a supply of Watson & Son Manuka Honey, then deceptively changed the goods by supplying an inferior brand.
