Every single cookie inside the packaging is a crumbled mess! Expect much more from Walker’s Shortbread. In addition, my husband opened one package and these taste old!
These are yummy just as the other Walkers Shortbread is which is the only reason I still gave it 3 stars. But when they arrived there were only 2 of them that weren't broken into pieces. Several were broken into so many pieces it was impossible to even tell what they were supposed to look like. I was really disappointed that they were so badly broken.The packaging is terrible for shipping.I think that with the cost of the tin and holiday shapes (that are in pieces) I will just keep buying the packages of rounds instead.
1) I bought and wanted to get someone a gift. But the shipping was delayed even though I contacted the seller. I can’t make it to a gift.2) Once the package was received, the part of item was missing. It says pack of 4 but I only received one box.3) I tried to contact walmart. Walmart said I need to contact seller. But the seller contact has just gone right after I received the package.Worse experience ever.
I think these Walker all butter shortbreads are great value, I love Christmas time when you can get them in gift boxes & make beautiful presents.
