I have had some Victorinox knives similar to these for 27 years and they are still going strong! These are great steak knives. Or great for cutting up small pieces of fruit and vegetables. Just be very careful when they are new as they are very very sharp - so sharp that just touching the edge can remove a small piece of skin. I can thoroughly recommend long life on these and I am adding to my collection that I have had for over ten years. Not as sharp as new but still great after all this time.
