Absolutely love it. Way easier than a Kitchen Aid stuffer.
Way easier to use than the old 'horn' stuffer I had, easy to clean and the clamp holds well. Only drawback is that it really needs 2 people to operate, one to crank and one to hold casings. Electric would be better but much more expensive for occasional use.

:-) We have used the sausage stuffer with 1.5L an found it great for our private household. It was easy to handle and easy to take a part to clean.:-| The container for the sausage meat is not 100% leak-proof, so liquid drips out the bottom when you fill it with sausages. But it's not that bad and the kitchen has to be cleaned afterwards anyway.After all I can recommend the sausage stuffer
Just used it today and I must say it’s even better than I had expected. The quality is excellent and I expect it will serve me for a good while.
The size was nice. The only problem I had was liquid leaked out of the bottom of the barrel. It might have been my recipe though. The piston seal had a couple of nicks in it. It’s easy to disassemble for cleaning.
