I was looking for a not-too-expensive flash drive with decent capacity and good speed. I ended up choosing this one. Overall I'm quite satisfied with my choice.SpeedI can't say I've experienced the advertised speeds. I connected the flash drive directly (from the back) to my Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 motherboard's USB 3.0 port and ran the USB Flash Benchmark. For most file sized the read speed was around 47 MB/s and write speed around 37 MB/s, but it's significantly lower for smaller file sizes. (It's quite clear from pictures, even.) However, I was somewhat disappointed with the mechanism that deploys and retracts the actual USB connector. It's just too flimsy. The movement isn't smooth at all. Sometimes I think that I've fully deployed the connector, only to have it retract back when I try to push it into a USB slot of my computer. I got used to it in the end, but I still consider it a not very well designed mechanism.Overall, one must judge this device for what it is - a (relatively) cheap USB flash drive with a decent 32 GB capacity and good read/write speeds (though not as good as listed in the specs). So other than the flimsiness of the connector retraction mechanism, I'd say it's a good one.
