Switched my phone to the AT&T card when I landed at LAX. It worked perfectly the entire trip. Only time I did not have coverage was crossing parts of Arizona and New Mexico on AMTRAK train. Even had 5G much of my time in Missouri.Phone calls to US numbers and SMS to Australia worked great and while no phone access to Australia, Skype worked just as well. Would definitely use the AT&T card again if traveling to USA. I only wish the rest of the trip was so easy. Cancelled trains and planes, snow and ice storms, a dodgy rental car and myriad government COVID forms and requirements all contributed to the adventure of this trip.FYI - I included the 10GB tethering for my laptop but only needed it a couple times as most hotels, etc had free wi-fi.The photo is my arrival ... MoreSwitched my phone to the AT&T card when I landed at LAX. I received the Sim in a few days after I ordered it.Though I notified a couple of days for early activation before I left AU, the card would not work until I landed North America. It said it won’t work for calls and text, so I did not try calling. I used WhatsApp. But I did international texting and it worked.Maybe the product description needs amending!Data so far working well for me. No hiccups throughout my 2 weeks in Vancouver.Happy with the network.Photo was taken at Sea to Sky Gondola in Squamish.

Got this SIM for two weeks in Hawaii on Ohau, Maui and Big Island. Worked great across all three islands. Good 5G coverage in the main towns & cities. Dropped back to 4G/LTE in the more remote areas.Delivery, setup and activation with Sim Corner was simple and no fuss. Will definitely use them again. Not the cheapest option compared to getting you own SIM direct on arrival. But worth the extra for the service and convenience of having everything organised before departing.

I bought two SIM cards for my husband and I to use in the US and Canada. Very easy to set up and both have worked very well. I mainly bought them for data which has been great. The only downside is that one of the cards in particular has been inundated with US political spam messages and phone calls. This has been mostly in the US but we had some whilst in Canada too.I’ve just turned the phone to silent so as not to be disturbed by the continual messages, which isn’t ideal but has worked for us.
Overall a great experience using this in the USA. No issues to speak of, and was as easy as popping the SIM card in and away I went.Different story in Canada, where Rogers is the only roaming carrier to use, and their coverage leaves a lot to be desired - when driving through the rockies, the signal dropped out for hours, whereas this wasn’t the case for Bell or Telus. One final thing to check would be the Personal Hotspot use - this is not available in Canada. I was aware of this when I purchased the SIM, but did not realise just how much of an inconvenience this would be.The unlimited data was extremely useful for uploading pics to iCloud, getting maps and calling home but if you go over 22gb, AT&T will slow you down in “areas with network congestion”. This wasn’t advertised and is something to be aware of.The free calls & sms in/around the USA and Canada was a fantastic thing to haveI would have happily paid more for the addition of international calling as well as Personal Hotspot usage in Canada, but otherwise, this is a great SIM with tremendous value for money and should absolutely be considered for any data heavy traveler.
I requested activation of my SIM in advance so it would be all set upon landing in the USA. It failed to register to AT&T automatically or manually, leaving me unable to call, text or use. Contacted customer service multiple times to no avail. Simply told my SIM was active. On leaving the USA I had used 0kb out of 15GB in 8 days!In Canada the SIM worked fine.*Samsung Galaxy S21 5G
Very disappointing, no phone service and out of pocket $55. The SIM worked on arrival in Los Angeles, however on arrival in Boston wouldn't connect. On visiting an AT&T store they advised that their network rarely works on overseas Android phones along the East Coast. My sister has an iPhone and her SIM works fine. If we'd known ahead I could have used an old phone and tried that.
The prepaid SIM I purchased is so good! I loaded it into my phone on arrival in LA and it immediately worked as described with welcome messages. It also had service in Canada everywhere I went, even on ski hills where locals were complaining of no phone service. I was able to use it to ring or text and meet up with friends out and about where there was no wifi. Totally recommend it and would use again without a doubt. Perfect for Aussies on ski vacation!
Bought 2x sims and both can't call on different phones. Prepaidsims.com.au and ATT unable to help and am told to call them to fix the problem, but the problem is that I can't call anyone, so it is rubbish. Don't bother buying the sim if you have a Samsung galaxy s20 - s21 as they just blame it on the phone even though the particular models are listed as compatible with their network. You can send/receive text messages and data but that is all. Maybe buy a sim in the USA at least you have some control and can actually do something to fix it.
This is not my first prepaid sim purchase. The previous one worked perfect in USA. This SIM card is AT&T . I purchased it for Mexico use. Data runs at 3G. Sometimes only one bar in my phone. I did not receive my new sim phone number message I had someone else message me so I could pick up the number. I can not say if my problems are user error the SIM card itself or Mexico all I know is my previous prepaid sim worked perfectly from day one. Would I buy prepaid sims again yes but probably not for Mexico
