Our little guy has just turned four months, and we've been using this stroller since birth. Initially, we used the UPPAbaby bassinet or or Clek car seat with adapters. Recently we've switched to using the seat. There is not a day that we don't talk about how much we love our stroller. It rides so smooth and quiet. I've hated strollers my friends used to use, and my husband remembers the stroller from 20 years ago. We are so grateful we got this one. It is really easy to open, to switch between seat/car seat/bassinet. I love the spacious storage below. We manage to fit our diaper backpack, my pumping bag, purse and a small cooler/lunchbox. I loved the various reclining positions, and how easy it was to switch between them. We started with baby facing us, swapped to facing out, and by the end of the day swapped back. We switched between reclines based on when baby wanted a nap. The generous expandable sun cover was great (the sun had no mercy this weekend, but our little guy could stay shaded). The Dc zoo is on a giant hill and the stroller was easy to push up hill. I really can't express how much we love this stroller and all of it's features. This purchase was well worth it just based on the four months so far.

This stroller was our lifeline. On the tram. Off the tram. Through the airport, handles so well and I can push it with one finger. Break is super easy. Just as big as a citi mini but the bottom storage is amazing. Holds a cooler, diaper bag, picnic blanket, stuffed animals, leftovers from restaurants. The snack tray is a must and allowed us to feed our little girl on the go. Parent cup holder was also very well made. This being said, we bought the stroller at a discounted price because of the color being discontinued - I do not think that baby gear, or any stroller, should cost any family 600+ dollars after tax. Plus if you are traveling, you must purchase the travel bag before you have them chuck it under the plane at the gate (needed for the warranty). The travel ... MoreThis stroller was our lifeline. My husband and I are very tall people, both over 6ft and this is the only stroller that we can push and not hit our feet on the basket or wheelbar. Our daughter is 2very tall and fits well in the stroller.

After a ton of research I narrowed it down to the Cruz V2 or the Vista V2. I had decided against the Mockingbird after testing it and not finding the same ease of use and smooth ride compared to the Uppababy products. I am SO happy we chose the Cruz V2 and after months of use it is still a wonderful product. I am glad I didn't get the larger Vista V2.. With the fully reclining seat we didn't miss the bassinet and honestly the Cruz V2 is large enough as is to fit in our small SUV, I wouldn't want anything larger. We are still able to fit a stuffed diaper bag, our carrier, purse, and other items in the basket. So pleased with our purchase.

Also wish there was a way you could fold down the pram with the seat facing you. Rather than having to face away and fold down. But it's easy to click on and off.

We have had a PHENOMENAL experience with their customer support team and the rewards program is FANTASTIC. Highly recommend.

Good, not perfect
23 October 2023

Pros: The stroller is rugged and sturdy makes parents feel assured they little ones are safe. The material used is also very good quality and seem to be very durable. The stroller a moves smoothly because of good wheels which causing less fatigue when pushed for long distances. Cons: The folding mechanism is very difficult and can not be done one-handed. Our Chicco stroller folded effortlessly . The sitting part is quite low and baby seats very low being far from whoever pushing the stroller especially taller parents.

Great package and delivery
1 September 2023

The stroller came within two weeks of ordering and everything was wrapped up very nicely. The parts were all protected by the great packaging of strolleria so I'm very happy about that! We just recently put our car seat into the stroller to test it out (baby hasn't come yet) and the car seat wiggles a little bit on it. We did some research and turns out it's for the give of the stroller so that the baby doesn't get the full impact of bumps on the road. I hope this is true because I obviously don't want a loose car seat. It fits tight in the car/on the car seat adapter, it doesn't wiggle in the car. Overall, I'm very happy with the stroller and look forward to using it for my baby soon!

Pretty but extremely heavy( stroller and car seat)
11 April 2023

I’m a first time mom so I had no idea what to look for in a stroller or what I wanted so I relied on reviews.Let me say the PROS first- this stroller is sleek and does have some great features- easy to push, glides nicely on rough terrain/ over bumps, has shock absorbers so stroller and baby move with the bumps, easy connection for Mesa car seat and bassinet and no need to buy additional converter clips, nice storage underneath. Now for the CONS- the stroller ( and uppa baby Mesa car seat ) are extremely HEAVY. I mean really heavy to the point that I hate pulling it out of my suv trunk ( and putting it back in) when we go to the park or anywhere I am pushing my baby around. I mean really heavy to the point that I hate pulling it out of my suv trunk ( and putting it back in) when we go to the park or anywhere I am pushing my baby around. If you have a porch with steps or steps in your garage leading into you house and you for-see yourself having to carry the stroller down steps or up steps often to use it, be aware the weight of this stroller and how annoying it will be each time lugging it around. The mesa car seat has the same issue- it is so heavy and when you add a 10+ pound baby to the weight of the car seat it’s terrible- even my husband who is 6’2 and 200 pounds says he can’t believe how heavy the car seat is. Also, the mesa car seat was not comfortable for my baby and I didn’t realize how uncomfortable he was until I recently bought a new one. He is 90th percentile for height for his age ( he’s 9 month now) and already outgrew the Mesa when he was 8 months old so the recommended max height and weight for this car seat seems off to me. It is easy to latch and each to use so if you have a tiny baby I think it will work but for us our guy was so uncomfortable and squished in it from month 1 it seemed and he’s slender just long.I recently ordered the Gracco extend 2fit convertible car seat and I couldn’t believe how much wider and more comfortable it is than the Mesa. My little guy would never fall asleep in the Mesa on longer car rides, he would scream and cry getting in it and out and the first day using our new seat he fell right asleep. Plus it’s so much easier to take him out of it and strap him in.Definitely try another stroller if you see yourself having to fold it up often for the car or trips or even bringing in the house. If you can keep it open in your garage and push it right out onto the sidewalk then you’ll love it.I would skip the car seat attachment all together bc it’s terrible in our opinion and find something more comfortable and lighter.

Well-made, quality stroller
9 November 2023

I needed a stroller that could fit all the extra stuff we lug around during summer or weekend activities, and the Cruz V2 has a large basket with a heavier weight capacity compared to most. It's easy to access the basket, which makes it so convenient to use. The stroller is well-made and sturdy, and it goes over most surfaces with ease with the exception of very loose gravel or sand. Lots of room to grow in the seat, and being able to insert it in either direction is so handy. The large canopy is great on sunny days, and I like that the rain cover is included. The fold is relatively compact for a full size stroller. If you need to take it in and out of the car, it's a little awkward to carry. The black frame does get scratched pretty easily, so I'd go for a colorway ... MoreI needed a stroller that could fit all the extra stuff we lug around during summer or weekend activities, and the Cruz V2 has a large basket with a heavier weight capacity compared to most. great full-sized stroller
30 June 2022

I did A LOT of stroller research before my baby was born. I decided on the Cruz because uppababy is a great reputable brand that makes durable strollers of high quality and ease of use. I am a big walker so I needed a stroller with great wheels, and I wanted a parent-facing option. Great that it comes with the rain cover. The navy color is gorgeous. I ruled out the vista because of its larger size (I wanted an easier time fitting the stroller in my trunk and getting through doorways) and because I’ve pushed the vista as a double stroller with two kids in it, and the configuration did not seem like the kids were comfortable and it was also extremely heavy and difficult to maneuver. As a single stroller it worked great, so I figured the Cruz is similar and a better price. I also did not need the newborn bassinet and instead opted for the infant insert because I live in the city and getting up and down entry-way apartment steps and walking up and down hills and on uneven sidewalks did not seem safe with a bassinet that had no straps. Plus it takes up space and we already had a sleeping bassinet. I have already been on numerous long walks with my baby in this stroller. It has great suspension and is so easy to push and I know it will hold out on all bumps we encounter. There are a few things about the design that I don’t love: it lacks a bar across the bottom back to step on when I need to lift the front wheels to get over a large bump. We overcame this flaw by stepping instead on the green go peddle area. Also, when the handlebar is low, our feet hit the basket because the basket juts out the back, so we always keep the handlebar up. It also does not fold down very compactly, so to get it into our mini-SUV (Kia Sportage) trunk along with other items we need to remove the seat first (I imagine the struggle is worse with the vista). If you want this as a travel system, this should only be your option if you’re willing to put a big stroller in your trunk wherever you go. And when folded the handle bar is next to the wheels so you can’t drag it when folded. The infant insert does not make the seat completely flat because the seat is extra deep, so it’s not an exact replacement for the flat bassinet and uppababy should consider making the foam wedge underneath larger, but it has straps which the bassinet lacks. Overall, despite those design flaws, I am happy with the stroller. Every stroller has pros and cons, and you have to see what meets your needs the most.
